摘要: In some examples, a method for forming an energy storage device assembly, e.g., for an implantable medical device, may comprise partially enclosing electrodes of an energy storage device within a foil pack, wherein the foil pack includes an unsealed portion and a sealed portion when partially enclosing the electrodes of the energy storage device. The method may further comprise forming a first heat seal at the unsealed portion of the foil pack, and subsequently forming a second heat seal that is redundant with the first heat seal of the foil pack.

摘要: Provided are a centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism and a liquid injection method thereof. The centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism comprises a liquid injection device and a driving device, the liquid injection device is provided with a piston mechanism and a liquid outlet head capable of being opened and closed, and one end of the liquid injection device close to the liquid outlet head is further provided with a liquid injection port capable of being opened and closed; and the liquid injection port is used for injecting a wetting liquid into the liquid injection device. The liquid injection device is connected with a to-be-wetted device through the liquid outlet head, so as to inject the wetting liquid into the to-be-wetted device. The driving device is connected with the to-be-wetted device for driving the to-be-wetted device to move.

摘要: The present application provides an end cover assembly, a secondary battery, a battery module, a device, a liquid-injection method and a device thereof. The end cover assembly for the secondary battery includes: an end cover, provided with a through hole for injecting electrolyte, and including a connecting portion; a sealing assembly, configured to seal the through hole; a locking-fixing member, configured to be movable relative to the connecting portion in a radial direction of the through hole, so as to realize switching between a locked state and an unlocked state of the locking-fixing member and the connecting portion. In the locked state, the locking-fixing member presses against the sealing assembly to restrict the end cover to be separated from the sealing assembly; in the unlocked state, the end cover and the sealing assembly are separable to allow electrolyte to be injected from the through hole.

摘要: An interface system for mechanically decoupling a cooling system includes: a housing having an opening; an inset having opposite first and second sides; an interface body having first and second ends and a bore-hole open to the first and second ends thereof. The inset has a recess in the second side to accommodate the interface body. The interface body is at least partially inserted into the inset, and the inset is at least partially inserted into the opening in the housing such that the first side of the inset is inside the housing. The first side of the inset has an opening open to the bore-hole of the interface body. One end of the bore-hole is configured to slidably receive an inlet of a cooling pipe, and the other end of the bore-hole is configured to be connected, in a fluid-tight manner, with an external coolant supply or coolant discharge.

In this way, shunt currents may be minimized by increasing the length and/or reducing the cross-sectional area of the electrolyte inlet and electrolyte outlet flow paths.

One or more characteristics of the battery cell are determined based on the acoustic features at the two or more locations of the battery cell.
