The non-volatile memory cell includes a substrate of a first conductivity type, a first dopant region of a second conductivity type in the substrate, a second dopant region of the first conductivity type in the first dopant region, a first isolation region overlaying a portion of the substrate, the first dopant region, and the second dopant region, a second isolation region overlaying another portion of the substrate, the first dopant region, and the second dopant region, a contact region of the first conductivity type in the second dopant region, the contact region extending between the first isolation region and the second isolation region and being more heavily doped than the second dopant region, a gate dielectric atop the first isolation region and a portion of the contact region, and a gate conductor atop the gate dielectric.

    摘要: A power drive for a vehicle latch assembly includes a drive chassis and an electric motor. The electric motor has a drive shaft on which a gear is mounted. The electric motor further includes an engagement feature for locating the electric motor on the drive chassis. The drive chassis includes a mount plate having a slot for receiving the drive shaft during assembly of the power drive. The drive shaft is permitted to slide down a first portion of the slot, thereby allowing the engagement feature to be received by a second portion of the slots to radially locate the electric motor on the mount plate.

    摘要: A method of creating a peripheral driver for a particular peripheral by learning the peripheral options and the commands for those options from the peripheral itself. The computer access a specified location in the memory of the peripheral which contains either a generic peripheral description file or a pointer to such a file. The file is a text-based file, which contains the peripheral options as name-value entries. The computer parses the file and learns of the available options and the appropriate commands to use those options. The computer is thus able to create a driver for the peripheral.
