    摘要: An OLED display comprising a plurality of pixels, first, second, and third reference voltage generators; and a data driver, all formed on the same substrate is disclosed. Each pixel includes a subpixel of a first color, a subpixel of a second color, and a subpixel of a third color. The first reference voltage generator generates first reference voltages corresponding to a subpixel of the first color, the second reference voltage generator generates second reference voltages corresponding to a subpixel of the second color, the third reference voltage generator generates third reference voltages corresponding to a subpixel of the third color, and the data driver converts digital video signals corresponding to the subpixels of the first, second, and third colors into data voltages, and transmits the data voltages to the subpixels of the first, second, and third colors, respectively.

    摘要: An organic light emitting display is capable of reducing power consumption. The organic light emitting display includes a scan driver for sequentially supplying scan signals to scan lines, a data driver for supplying data signals to data lines in synchronization with the scan signals, pixels located at crossing regions of the scan lines and the data lines, a timing controller for determining a normal driving mode for displaying a normal image and a standby driving mode displaying less information than the normal image, and a power source for supplying a first power and a second power to the pixels, wherein a voltage difference between the first power and the second power in the normal driving mode is a first voltage, and a voltage difference between the first power and the second power is a second voltage different from the first voltage.

The pixel is configured to compensate for the deterioration of organic light emitting diodes. The pixel includes an organic light emitting diode; a pixel circuit including a drive transistor for controlling an amount of electric current that flows from a first power source to a second power source via an organic light emitting diode; and a compensation unit between a gate electrode and a first electrode of the drive transistor for controlling a voltage of the gate electrode of the drive transistor to correspond to the deterioration of the organic light emitting diode. The compensation unit includes a transistor and a capacitor coupled in series between the gate electrode and the first electrode of the drive transistor.

The organic light emitting display device includes a panel divided into at least two regions including a first region crystallized by a first crystallization process and a second region crystallized by a second crystallization process, in which a boundary part of the first and second regions is subject to both the first crystallization process and the second crystallization process, and further includes: organic light emitting diodes at crossing regions of scan lines and data lines; and pixel circuits at the crossing regions and configured to supply currents to the organic light emitting diodes. Here, couplings between the pixel circuits within the first region and the boundary part and their respective organic light emitting diodes are different from couplings between the pixel circuits within the second region and their respective organic light emitting diodes.
