Abstract:
Computationally implemented methods and systems include soliciting to provide to a limb wearable computing device from one or more functional devices that are within the communication range of the limb wearable computing device gesture indicative data that is indicative of one or more user gestures, the communication range being a spatial volume that includes the limb wearable computing device and being externally defined by an enveloping boundary, where low-power signals transmitted by the limb wearable computing device being discernible over background noise within the enveloping boundary and not discernible over background noise outside the enveloping boundary, the limb wearable computing device being designed to be worn around a limb of a user; and facilitating the limb wearable computing device to receive the gesture indicative data from the one or more functional devices. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.
Abstract:
A system for detecting and responding to an intruding camera. The system includes an electronic media display device having a screen configured to display content, a sensor, and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to obtain information from the sensor, analyze the information to determine a presence of a camera, and edit any displayed content in response to the presence of the camera.
Abstract:
A computationally implemented system and method that is designed to, but is not limited to: electronically directing control of at least partial preparation of the one or more selected ingestible products subsequent to and based at least in part upon the selection of the at least one candidate ingestible product as the at least one selected ingestible product via the electronically enabled input in response to the electronically outputted one or more selection menus and prior to preparation of the one or more selected ingestible products for ingestion by the particular individual living being of the selected ingestible products, the at least partial preparation of the one or more selected ingestible products occurring within a vicinity of the electronically outputting of the electronically outputted one or more selection menus. In addition to the foregoing, other method aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text forming a part of the present disclosure.
Abstract:
Computationally implemented methods and systems include receiving a document that includes at least one particular lexical unit, acquiring potential readership data that includes data about a potential readership for the received document, and selecting at least one replacement lexical unit that is configured to replace at least a portion of the at least one particular lexical unit, wherein selection of the at least one replacement lexical unit is at least partly based on the acquired potential readership data. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.
Abstract:
Computationally implemented methods and systems include accepting a submission of a particular document that includes at least one particular lexical unit, facilitating acquisition of document modification data that includes data configured to be used to determine a modification to the particular document, and receiving an updated document in which at least a portion of at least one occurrence of the at least one particular lexical unit has been replaced with at least a portion of an acquired replacement lexical unit that is at least partly based on the document modification data. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.
Abstract:
Computationally implemented methods and systems include acquiring a message that is configured to be submitted to a network for publication, performing text-based analysis on the acquired message to determine an objective message prediction, wherein the text-based analysis is at least partially based on a corpus of one or more related texts, and transmitting the objective message prediction to a destination device, wherein the objective message prediction is configured to be presented on the destination device prior to submission of the acquired message to the network. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.
Abstract:
Computationally implemented methods and systems include detecting presence of a plurality of functional devices within the communication range of a wearable computing device; and selecting, from the plurality of functional devices, one or more functional devices for providing to the wearable computing device one or more functionalities. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.
Abstract:
A computationally implemented system and method that is designed to, but is not limited to: electronically directing control of at least partial dispensing of the one or more selected ingestible products subsequent to and based at least in part upon the selection of the at least one candidate ingestible product as the at least one selected ingestible product via the electronically enabled input in response to the electronically outputted one or more selection menus and prior to dispensing of the one or more selected ingestible products for ingestion by the particular individual living being of the selected ingestible products, the at least partial dispensing of the one or more selected ingestible products occurring within a vicinity of the electronically outputting of the electronically outputted one or more selection menus. In addition, other method aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text forming a part of the present disclosure.
