Component I essentially comprises a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of ethylene and propylene or ethylene and butylene or propylene and butylene or ethylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or propylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or a terpolymer of ethylene and propylene and butylene or ethylene and propylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or a mixture of two or more of the homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers or a blend of two or more of the homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers, if desired mixed with one or more of the homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers. Component II essentially contains an HDPE or a blend of two components A and B. Blend component A is essentially an HDPE. Blend component B is essentially a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of ethylene and propylene or ethylene and butylene or propylene and butylene or ethylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or propylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or a terpolymer of ethylene and propylene and butylene or ethylene and propylene and another .alpha.-olefin having 5 to 10 carbon atoms or a mixture of two or more of the homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers or a blend of two or more of the homopolymers, copolymers and terpolymers. The film is used in twist wrapping.

    摘要： A multilayered, highly transparent, biaxially oriented, polypropylene film having excellent twist properties, which is particularly suited for twist wrapping comprising a base layer which contains about 70 to about 95% by weight polypropylene and about 5 to about 30% by weight based on the layer of a low-molecular hydrocarbon resin having a softening point of about 130 to about 180.degree. C., and at least one additional layer which optionally comprises an anti-blocking agent having an average particle size of about 2 to about 5 .mu.m and optionally further comprises a polydimethylsiloxane. The films have high mechanical strength values, which are about the same both in the longitudinal and in the transverse directions, and a balanced orientation. A process for producing the film is also provided.

    摘要： A sealable film is disclosed comprising (i) a base layer comprising polypropylene and a hydrocarbon resin and (ii) at least one top layer comprising (a) an ethylene/propylene copolymer having an ethylene content of not more than about 10% by weight, (b) a propylene/1-butene copolymer, (c) a propylene/ethylene/alpha-olefin terpolymer, or (d) a blend of two or more of (a), (b) and (c), wherein at least one of said base layer and said at least one top layer contains an anti-blocking agent or lubricant. The film possesses improved barrier properties with respect to permeability to water vapor and oxygen, and which at the same time exhibits favorable slip properties and low shrink values.
