Abstract:
A method, a device, and a system for sending and receiving messages are provided. The method for sending messages includes: receiving, by a Mobility Management Entity (MME), an Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System (ETWS) message; setting an information change identifier if the received ETWS message is different from the ETWS message stored by the MME; and sending the received ETWS message and the information change identifier. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the MME decides whether to send the ETWS message to the eNB. Therefore, the eNB needs only to transmit the received message to the UE transparently, and does not need to judge the content of the ETWS message, thus simplifying the process of the eNB sending the ETWS message and reducing the load of the access network device.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a communications method and equipment and relates to the field of wireless communications, which are used to solve a problem that data offloading communications cannot be initiated because data offloading information of a network transmission peer end in a process of data offloading cannot be acquired in the prior art. A first network element queries data offloading capability information of a second network element from a server, where the first network element has a capability of data offloading. The first network element receives a message that carries the data offloading capability information of the second network element and is sent by the server. The first network element offloadingly transmit data which is to be sent when the message indicates that the second network element has a capability of data offloading.
Abstract:
A communication system, a network handover processing method and a network handover processing apparatus are disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a target evolution NodeB (T-eNB), identity information sent from a user equipment (UE), the identity information being allocated to the UE by a source evolution NodeB (S-eNB); and sending, by the T-eNB, parameters to the UE if identity information, matching the received identity information sent from the UE, is available in the T-eNB, wherein the parameters are allocated to the UE. The apparatus includes a receiving module and a sending module.
Abstract:
A service data transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by an information control center, first information from a service server, where the first information includes service information and/or application information; obtaining, by the information control center, second information from user equipment, where the second information includes at least one of service information, mobility information, behavior information, and status information of the user equipment; and controlling, by the information control center, transmission of service data of the user equipment based on the first information and/or the second information. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, transmission of the service data can be controlled based on specific information that is about the service data and that is obtained by the information control center, and different transmission quality is provided for different types of service data.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling a multimode radio communications system, a control server, and a terminal. The method includes: establishing, by the control server, a basic link between the terminal and any one communications system in the multimode radio communications system according to first settings; selecting, by the control server according to second settings, a communications system from the multimode radio communications system as a service communications system for transmission of each service of the terminal; and sending, by the control server, control information to the terminal on the basic link, where the control information is used to indicate the service communications system for transmission of each service of the terminal. The embodiments of the present invention improve a utilization rate of radio resources and user experience in a multimode radio communications environment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a data packet transmission method, including: receiving, by a network device, a first request message sent by user equipment, where the first request message is used to request the network device to allocate data cache space; caching, by the network device in the data cache space, at least a part of a data packet sent by a server device to the user equipment; receiving, by the network device, a second request message sent by the user equipment, where the second request message is used to request the network device to send the cached data packet; and sending, by the network device, a part or all of the cached data packet to the user equipment. Therefore, a data packet can be cached on a network side, so as to resolve a problem that data packet transmission in a data transmission process is not timely.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose a data transmission method and a device, to reduce a quantity of TCP-layer ACK packets transmitted on a radio air interface link between a first device and a second device, thereby reducing consumption of radio air interface link resources and improving transmission efficiency of radio service data. A specific solution is as follows: obtaining, by a first device, a TCP-layer ACK; and intercepting the TCP-layer ACK if a TCP-layer data packet corresponding to the TCP-layer ACK is a TCP-layer data packet that is obtained by the first device after the first device parses a link layer data packet received through a radio air interface link by the first device, and the TCP-layer ACK satisfies a preset condition. The present invention is applied to a data packet transmission process based on a TCP connection.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a link setup method and a device. A first network device may obtain first routing information of a direct link that is set up between a first terminal and a second terminal. In this way, when the two terminals communicate with each other, a service data transmission path may be the first terminal -> a first access network device -> a second access network device -> the second terminal, or may be the first terminal -> a first access network device -> a first core network device -> a second access network device -> the second terminal. Either of the paths is shorter than a prior-art transmission path. Therefore, a transmission delay is shortened, transmission efficiency is improved, and a transmission resource is saved.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling transmission, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: determining, by a first radio access network device according to a service transmission condition of a terminal in a first single-mode wireless communications system, that a multimode wireless communications system comprises at least two wireless communications systems transmits a service for the terminal; and sending, by the first radio access network device, first control information to the terminal, where the first control information includes link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, so that the terminal switches a service, which is transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system, to the multimode wireless communications system according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems. In this way, resource utilization of a wireless communications network is improved.
