摘要： An implantable medical device (IMD) includes a detector for detecting the presence of x-ray radiation, where the presence of x-ray radiation is detected in response to the strength of the x-ray radiation exceeding a first threshold. In one embodiment, the IMD includes a processor for adjusting a cardiac stimulation rate IMD in response to determining that the strength of the detected x-ray radiation exceeds a second threshold. The second pre-selected x-ray radiation threshold is greater than the first pre-selected x-ray radiation threshold. In another embodiment, the implantable device includes a detector for detecting the presence of any amount x-ray radiation and a processor for adjusting a stimulation rate provided by the IMD in response to detected x-ray radiation to reduce the chance of over-sampling artifacts or inappropriate therapy delivery.

A communication history recording section 106 records a communication history when service information is received via a communication network. A billing information generating section 110 generates billing information on provision of a service on the basis of the billing rule information and communication history.

摘要： There is provided a power transmission belt which comprises a compression layer and an adhesive rubber layer which are adhered to each other by vulcanizing together and which has aramid fiber cords embedded in the adhesive rubber layer, wherein the compression layer and the adhesive rubber layer are formed of vulcanizate of an ethylene-&agr;-olefin-diene rubber compound and wherein the aramid fiber cords having a first twisting coefficient and a final twisting coefficient both in the range from 650 to 950 are adhesion treated with a resorcin-formalin-latex adhesive composition wherein the latex comprises at least one of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and alkylated chlorosulfonated polyethylene in an amount of 50-100% by weight based on the solid components of the resorcin-formalin-latex and adhered to and embedded in the adhesive rubber layer. A process for the production of such power transmission belt is also provided.

摘要： An electric steam iron having a standard steam spray mode for spraying a standard quantity of steam and an enhanced steam spray mode for spraying an increased quantity of steam as compared with that afforded during the standard steam spray mode. This electric steam iron includes a soleplate having a heater mounted thereon for heating the soleplate and a vaporizing chamber defined therein, a handle disposed above the soleplate, a water tank unit for supplying water to the vaporizing chamber, and a nozzle disposed at a bottom of the water tank unit. The electric steam iron also includes a valving mechanism for selectively opening and closing the nozzle for controlling supply of water to the vaporizing chamber, and a pumping mechanism for supplying an increased quantity of water within the water tank unit towards the vaporizing chamber to accomplish the enhanced steam spray mode. A cover plate is secured to a bottom wall member of the water tank unit so as to define a water passage beneath the water tank unit and covering the pumping mechanism and an exit side of the nozzle. This cover plate has an opening defined therein in communication with the vaporizing chamber.
