    摘要: The objective of this invention is to reduce the layout area while guaranteeing data retention stability in a static type semiconductor memory cell. This SRAM cell is constituted with two MOS transistors 10 and 12 and one inverter circuit 14. The source terminal of PMOS transistor 10 is connected to bit line (BL), the drain terminal is connected to data storage node (Na), and the gate terminal is connected to word line (WL). The source tenninal of NMOS transistor 12 is connected to a supply voltage terminal that provides low-level reference potential VSS (for example, zero volts), the drain terminal is connected to data storage node (Na), and the gate terminal is connected to the output terminal o inverter circuit 14. The input terminal of inverter circuit 14 is connected to data storage node (Na).

    摘要: Making use of a digital acoustic signal processing apparatus arranged by employing memory device for storing a digital acoustic signal, acoustic frequency feature enhancing device for enhancing an acoustic frequency feature, and low-speed sound reproducing device for changing a speed of the stored voice to reproduce this voice as a low speed into a hearing aid and an appliance with an acoustic output, a hearing function difficulty due to an age is aided in utilization of audio output appliances such as a hearing aid, television receiver, and a telephone receiver. After the voice has been stored in the memory device, a process for enhancing the frequency characteristic in order to fit the frequency characteristic to the individual hearing characteristic and the voice reproducing environment is carried out and thereafter represented to the user. The user can repeatedly listen the voice stored in the memory device with employment of control device for controlling the voice reproducing operation. Furthermore, since a process for expanding a time scale during a sound reproducing operation is carried out, the voice can be represented at the low speed. Since the voice whose frequency characteristic has been enhanced can be represented at the low speed in order that either an individual hearing ability, or an apparatus is fitted to a using environment, hearing articulation can be improved with respect to such a hearing, the frequency resolution and the time resolution are simultaneously deteriorated.

    摘要: A valve operation timing regulation apparatus for changing the operation timing of the intake valve, etc., of internal combustion engine, in which the controllability is improved by avoiding operation variations of a value actuator. The rotational phase angle difference between the crankshaft and the camshaft is changed by driving a member interposed between the two shafts. A target value of the rotational phase angle difference is determined and an actual value measured by detecting operating conditions at various parts of the engine. The control deviation between the target and the actual value is calculated, so that a control unit decides a present control value of the actuator, by selecting on the basis of the error and past control values, one of a plurality of control values predetermined in a region free of unfavorable influences of actuator characteristic variations.

    摘要: A speed control apparatus for an engine which is equipped with an air quantity control device for controlling an intake air quantity to the engine when being in an idling state and a speed control device for determining a control amount of the air quantity control device on the basis of the actual engine idle speed. For controlling the engine idle speed, the apparatus comprises a state variable outputting section for outputting the actual engine idle speed, the control amount of the air quantity control device and an ignition timing control amount of an igniter of the engine as state variables representing an internal state of a dynamic model of the engine, a speed deviation accumulating section for accumulating a deviation between the target speed and the actual engine idle speed, and an ignition timing deviation accumulating section for accumulating a deviation between a target ignition timing and the actual ignition timing. The control amount of the air quantity control device and the ignition timing control amount are calculated on the basis of optimal feedback gains of an air system and an ignition system predetermined on the basis of the dynamic model, the state variables, the speed deviation accumulated value and the ignition timing deviation accumulated value. This arrangement can simultaneously control the air quantity and the ignition timing without using an observer to easily control the engine idle speed to the target speed.
