Abstract:
The present invention relates to a millimeter wave frequency band optical oscillator used for an oscillating frequency signal source of millimeter waves transmitted from a repeater to a wireless subscriber in a millimeter wave wireless subscriber communication system for a next-generation (i.e., 5th generation or less) very high speed wireless internet service, wherein a loop mirror and a pair of optical fiber grating mirrors are used. A wavelength fixed type and a wavelength tunable type optical fiber grating mirrors are connected in a serial manner to constitute a dual laser mode resonator capable of simultaneously oscillating two laser modes, which are appropriate to each wavelength. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a laser light source capable of an extremely high frequency (60 GHz or more) modulation by using beat phenomena between two laser modes.

Disclosed is a substrate for semiconductor package and a wire bonding method using thereof. The substrate is provided with at least one reference mark on its surface to check a loading position and a shift state of a solder mask. The reference mark is composed of a combination of a reference pattern and a solder mask opening and is positioned in any location on an outer peripheral edge of a die attachment region. The reference mark may take various shapes. A method for checking a solder mask shift using the reference mark includes comparing a design value of the reference pattern and the solder mask opening with the reference pattern and the solder mask opening, which are formed in an actual material. After the solder mask shift is calculated, a wire bonding coordinate is newly constructed in consideration of the solder mask shift. This minimizes the wire bonding error.

A vehicle hood hinge is provided, which includes a hinge arm coupled with a hood, and having first and second hinge holes. First and second links are coupled at their upper ends, respectively, to the first and second hinge holes by axial pins. A hinge support having a hinge hole is rotatably coupled with a lower end part of the second link by an axial pin and coupled via coupling holes and bolts with a vehicle body. A slot is longitudinally formed in the hinge support. A plate spring is fixedly mounted at an end of the slot, and formed with a holding shoulder for preventing the hinge pin from deviating from a normal hinge operation position under normal circumstances, but allowing the hinge pin to deviate from the normal hinge operation position by moving along the slot when an external impact is applied.

Provided is a frame synchronization pattern design and synchronization method by which in a transmitter of a communications system employing an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), a frame synchronization pattern is inserted into the starting part of a symbol frame, and by detecting the frame synchronization pattern in a receiver, synchronization of the OFDM transmitter and receiver is performed. Also, provided are a transmitter synchronization apparatus including an OFDM symbol frame generation unit, a frame synchronization pattern insertion unit, and an OFDM transmission signal conversion unit, and a receiver synchronization apparatus comprising a frame synchronization pattern inserted OFDM symbol frame conversion unit, a frame synchronization pattern detection unit, and a source data generation unit.Overcoming the conventional notion depending on the earlier art OFDM symbol standards, the OFDM symbol frame start detection method according to the present invention places a free-length code pattern, which is separately generated in a time domain, in the starting point of a frame and detects this pattern such that accuracy and efficiency greatly improve. Also, since the power value of a received signal is detected in the method, the communications system operates regardless of the frequency offset and phase offset. In addition, since a free-length pattern can be designed, the start point of a frame can be accurately detected in a seriously fading channel, by detecting a maximum peak based on correlation.

A method of transmitting data in a multi input, multi output (MIMO) system is disclosed. More specifically, the method includes selecting a primary antenna, based on satisfying at least one specified criteria, for transmitting a preamble, and transmitting the preamble via the primary antenna
