摘要: A coding tool is provided to improve the compression performance of inter prediction and is used at the encoder/decoder side to adjust the correction of a motion vector based on a high level syntax. In addition, a method is provided for simply performing an integer sample search step of searching for an integer offset and a fractional sample refinement step of searching for a sub-pixel offset in relation to motion vector refinement among coding tools.

摘要: A system for collecting and managing vehicle-generated data from a vehicle utilizes the vehicle-generated data that is anonymized into a de-identified version of a vehicle identification number (VIN) of an associated vehicle. The de-identified version of the VIN facilitates statistical analysis of the vehicle-generated data without raising issues with regard to privacy of individuals. The anonymized vehicle-generated data can be held in a neutral data server, which is administered by an operator independent of vehicle manufacturers, and provided to a third party.

A video decoding apparatus and method are configured to decode a bitstream containing an encoded sequence of pictures which are partitioned into a plurality of subpictures including a plurality of coding tree blocks.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a control apparatus and method for improving fuel efficiency in a CACC system, which can improve fuel efficiency through control of a vehicle speed so that a vehicle travels using an optimized cost in consideration of a target vehicle speed, current vehicle speed, minimum driving speed set in the vehicle, and a deceleration distance if the vehicle that uses the CACC system senses a forward vehicle and enters into a CACC active mode. The control method for improving fuel efficiency in a CACC system includes setting a target speed profile based on a target speed of the subject vehicle and an expected driving path, determining whether a target vehicle to be followed by the subject vehicle exists, and controlling the driving speed of the subject vehicle according to the set target speed profile depending on whether or not the target vehicle exists.

摘要: There is provided an automatic parking system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The automatic parking system includes: a smart key recognition processor recognizing a smart key positioned in a first area; a sensor unit acquiring images around a subject vehicle if the smart key is recognized, and converting the acquired image into external images and synthesizing the images; a parking space recognizing sensor periodically receiving the external images and sequentially comparing the consecutive external images using an image recognition technology to recognize parking areas; and a controller calculating a moving path between a current position of the subject vehicle and an optimal parking area among the parking areas and controlling the subject vehicle based on the moving path, in which the parking space recognizing sensor may detect the parking areas in consideration of a length and a width of the subject vehicle.

摘要: An automatic parking system is provided. The automatic parking system includes a camera processor that acquires images around a subject vehicle, converts the acquired images into external images and synthesizes the external images. A sensor processor measured spaced distances between the subject vehicle and surrounding vehicles. A parking space recognizing unit periodically receives the spaced distances and the external images and comparing the consecutive external images with the spaced distances using an image recognition technology to recognize parking areas. A controller calculates a moving path between a current position of the subject vehicle and an optimal parking area and operates the subject vehicle based on the moving path.

摘要: An apparatus for activating a pedestrian detection and collision mitigation system (PDCMS) of a vehicle includes: an engine management system (EMS) acquiring speed information of the vehicle in real-time; an image collecting unit recognizing a pedestrian positioned within a driving lane of the vehicle and detecting information of a relative speed or a distance between the pedestrian and the vehicle, when a speed of the vehicle is greater than or equal to a set speed; and an electronic control unit (ECU) activating a PDCMS function based on a mapping table using the speed information of the vehicle and information of a motion or a distance of the pedestrian with respect to the vehicle, and controlling a warning unit to inform a driver of a collision of the pedestrian with the vehicle. The PDCMS function includes activating an operation of an active hood, activating an operation of the warning unit, and activating an operation of a brake regardless of whether the driver operates the brake. The activation of the operation of the warning unit and the activation of the operation of the brake comprise, in order: activating the operation of the warning unit, activating a partial braking of the vehicle, and activating a full braking of the vehicle.

摘要: The present invention relates to a vehicle and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for implementing a lane change decision aid system (LCDAS). The LCDAS apparatus according to the present invention includes: a sensing unit sensing whether there is a target vehicle in adjacent zones, a rear zone, or a forward zone of a subject vehicle; a determination unit determining an activation condition for determining whether an LCDAS function is active/inactive and a warning condition for determining whether a warning of the LCDAS function is issued/un-issued, based on the sensing of the sensing unit; a warning unit issuing the warning to a driver based on the determination of the determination unit; and a control unit controlling the sensing unit, the determination unit, and the warning unit.
