摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described to implement an interference management method in a WLAN. An access point (AP) or an inter-BSS coordinator (IBC) may identify a station (STA) associated with a first basic service set (BSS) as an edge STA or a non-edge STA The AP or the IBC may group the edge STA into an edge group and a non-edge STA into a non-edge group. The AP or the IBC may receive information associated with a second BSS. The AP or the IBC may coordinate access of the edge group and/or the non-edge group. The access may be coordinated to minimize interference of the edge STA. The access may be based at least on the received information associated with the second BSS The AP or the IBC may adjust transmit power of a plurality of STAs identified as edge group STAs and non-edge group STAs.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for addressing timing advance (TA) in non-terrestrial network communication is disclosed herein. A wireless transmit and receive unit (WTRU) may receive system information from a base station attached to an airborne or spaceborne vehicle that indicates a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource. The WTRU may determine a timing offset based on a plurality of information, such as the location information and the system information. The WTRU may transmit a preamble using the timing offset via the PRACH resource. The base station may receive the preamble and send a random access response (RAR) that includes, for example, a TA command. The WTRU may receive the RAR including the TA command and combine the timing offset with the TA command to determine an actual TA, after which the WTRU may use the actual TA for uplink transmissions.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for enhancing random access procedures are described herein. A method performed by an access point (AP) may comprise allocating a plurality of random access (RA) resource units (RA-RUs) for transmitting a message from a station (STA) to the AP over an upper or lower frequency band. The method may comprise transmitting, to a station (STA), one or more physical layer convergence procedure (PLCP) protocol data unit (PPDU) over the upper or lower frequency bands. Each of the one or more PPDUs may include a trigger frame, and the trigger frame may include an indication of the plurality of RA-RUs and a target received signal strength indicator (TRSSI) associated with at least one of the upper or lower frequency bands. The method may comprise receiving, in response to the trigger frame, the message from the STA in one of the plurality of RA-RUs.

摘要: A method of multi-access point (multi-AP) communication performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprises: receiving (1510) a first trigger frame from a first access point (AP) of a plurality of APs, the first trigger frame comprising first information; receiving (1520) a second trigger frame from a second AP of the plurality of APs at a predetermined time duration after receiving the first trigger frame, the second trigger frame also comprising the first information of the first trigger frame; generating (1530) a synchronization frame based on the first trigger frame and the second trigger frame, the synchronization frame comprising synchronization information; transmitting the synchronization frame to at least the first AP and the second AP; and receiving (1540) a data transmission based on the synchronization information from each of the first AP and the second AP.

The data received in the previous slot may be included in a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). If the data received in the previous slot is not decoded successfully, preemptive multiplexing information may be detected in a first search space. The data received in the previous slot may be decoded, for example, using detected preemptive multiplexing information. The preemptive multiplexing information may be of a current slot. The preemptive multiplexing information may be comprised in a first DCI. A second search space of the current slot may be searched. For example, the second search space may be searched for a second DCI. The first DCI and the second DCI may be different.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for adapting clear channel assessment (CCA) thresholds with or without Transmit Power Control (TPC) are disclosed. An IEEE 802.11 station (STA) may dynamically calculate a STA specific transmit power control (TPC) value and a STA specific clear channel assessment (CCA) value based on a target TPC parameter and a target CCA parameter. The target TPC parameter and the target CCA parameter may be received from an IEEE 802.11 cluster head configured to control TPC and CCA for a plurality of STAs associated with the BSS. The target TPC parameter and the target CCA parameter also may be related. The STA may then determine whether a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) wireless medium of a wireless local area network (WLAN) basic service set (BSS) is occupied or idle based on the STA specific CCA value.
