    摘要： First and second premixed burners having annular injection slots are concentrically adjacent and the injection slots are substantially aligned with each other in a longitudinal direction of the burners. A pilot burner is provided substantially in the center of the annular first premixed burner so that the injection slot of the pilot burner is substantially aligned with the injection slot of the first premixed burner in a longitudinal direction of the burner. A flame holder which forms a circulating flow of combusted gas Gh downstream of the flame holder is disposed at the downstream end of a boundary wall between the premixed burners so that the flame holder is co-used by the premixed burners. Flow rate adjusting means for adjusting the flow rate of fuel supplied to the first, second premixed burner and the pilot burner, respectively are provided. The fuel can be substantially uniformly mixed with a combustion gas. Reduction in NOx and stabilization of premixed flame can be achieved.

    摘要： A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes a pulse signal generator for applying a pulse signal to a capacitor, a first diode connected at an anode to the capacitor, a charging circuit for charging the capacitor in a programming mode, a voltage limiter for preventing a potential at the output node from increasing above a predetermined level, memory cells of nonvolatile MOS transistors, a load MOS transistor connected to a high-voltage terminal, a row decoder for selecting a set of memory cells arranged in one row, column gate MOS transistors connected between respective sets of memory cells arranged in one column and the load MOS transistor, a data generator responsive to the voltage at the output node to turn on or off the load MOS transistor, and a column decoder responsive to the voltage at the output node to selectively energize the column gate MOS transistors. It further comprises a second diode connected between the cathode of the first diode and the output node, and a discharging circuit for discharging the cathode of the first diode to a reference voltage level during a time other than a programming mode.

    摘要： A combustor of two-stage combustion type in which fuel is supplied only from primary fuel nozzles for combustion only in primary combustion chamber under the operating condition where gas turbine load is low, and premixed mixture is supplied into a secondary combustion chamber provided on the downstream side of the primary combustion chamber for combustion in both the primary and secondary combustion chambers under the operating condition where the load is high. An air-bleed passageway opens on a downstream side of air holes for intaking secondary combustion air to be mixed with secondary fuel and communicates with the outside of the combustor. The air-bleed passageway is provided with a regulating valve and the secondary combustion air is bled at the minimum point of the load where the secondary fuel is supplied so that the fuel to air ratio of secondary premixed mixture may not be excessively lean, thereby reducing the production of non-burned components.

    摘要： A plurality of thin flexible sheet ribs are secured to thin flexible sheet stringer members to form a distortable frame structure. One edge of the ribs lie in a curved surface such as a parabolic cylindrical surface. A thin sheet of boron-silicate glass, preferably formed with a second surface mirror, is annealed and then bent at room temperature to abut the edges of the ribs lying in the curved surface and is retained in place by ribs at opposite edges of the sheet. The inherent strength of the glass under stress, when bent, provides structural rigidity to the combined elements.
