    摘要: A container tank body and a processing method thereof are provided. The tank body is arranged in a frame with a square-shaped cross section and comprises a cylindrical main body part, end enclosures arranged at two ends of the cylindrical main body part and fixedly connected with the cylindrical main body part, and a tank body strengthening device. The cylindrical main body part comprises a plurality of parts with an arc-shaped cross section, the parts are formed by bending and welding a same panel, and the cross section of the cylindrical main body part of the tank body is generally arranged between the square-shaped cross section of the frame and an inscribed circle of the square-shaped cross section. A tank container comprising the tank body is also disclosed. As the cylindrical main body part is made by continuously bending a whole panel, the molding process is simplified so that the cylindrical main body part is only provided with one welding line, thereby remarkably lowering the leakage risk of the container tank body in use and improving the reliability of the container tank body in work; and the structure has quite strong self-anti-load capacity, thereby decreasing the number of the used tank strengthening devices and reducing the deadweight.

    摘要: Set forth herein is a preparation of ibuprofen (2-(4-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid) in the free acid form that is suitable for topical administration. The topical ibuprofen formulation is prepared by dissolving the free acid form of ibuprofen, or preparing a homogeneous suspension of the free acid form of ibuprofen, in the presence of a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent so as to produce a topical drug formulation compatible with the penetration of 2-(4-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid through the skin tissue. Topical formulations of ibuprofen can be based on a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent such as, e.g., a pyrrolidone solvent or dimethylacetamide.

    摘要: The invention discloses a method for breeding transgenic plants with the high antiviral property and the application of the method. The inventive method comprises the following steps of: a. checking the frequency of codon usage in a host and determining the rare codons in the host, modifying the codons in a target gene so that some codons in the target gene are mutated into the rare synonymous codons in the host plant; b. constructing a vector containing the target gene with the codon modifications, to be used for transforming plants; c. transforming the plants with the above recombinant vector to obtain the regenerative transgenic plants; d. detecting the transformed plants, screening the transgenic plants in which gene silencing occurs in the target gene, and thereby obtaining the transgenic plants with the high antiviral property. The invention method can be used in breeding highly efficient and stable antiviral transgenic plants.

    摘要: The synthesis and use of bifunctional molecules to improve the topical and transdermal delivery efficiency of various types of therapeutic agents or agents designed to promote the transdermal delivery of those therapeutic agents either into the skin tissue or into the systemic circulation. Three major classes of molecules are covalently joined as bifunctional substances; chemical vasodilators, passive dermal penetration enhancers and therapeutic or diagnostic drugs. Chemical vasodilators may be delivered into the skin to increasing the blood flow in a tissue that has compromised circulation or they may be used as part of a delivery vehicle to promote the delivery of the drug. Passive dermal penetration enhancers are those chemicals that promote the passive penetration of drugs and other chemicals through the stratum corneum and epidermis of the skin tissue. Drugs and diagnostic agents are the third group of chemicals that are candidates for the linkage of molecules.
