Abstract:
A content addressable memory includes a first plurality of search lines, a second plurality of search lines, a first match line, and a storage location. Each search line of the first plurality of search lines receives a corresponding high voltage level or low voltage level during a match detect operation, and each search line of the second plurality of search lines to receive a corresponding high voltage level or low voltage level during the match detect operation. The storage location of the content addressable memory includes a plurality of CAM cells, each CAM cell a first thyristor and second thyristor.
Abstract:
An exhaust gas catalyst where the catalyst efficiency is improved by enhancing diffusion of the exhaust gas in a catalyst layer. An exhaust gas catalyst comprises at least a carrier and a plurality of layers formed on the carrier. At least one of the layers has pores therein, and at least one other layer has pores therein and contains, as catalyst components, a noble metal, alumina and a complex oxide mainly containing ceria, zirconia and one or more rare earth elements other than cerium.
Abstract:
A catalyst for treating an exhaust gas has at least a carrier and plural layers formed on the carrier, wherein at least one layer of the above plural layers has an interstice in the layer, and at least one layer of the above plural layers contains a catalyst component. The above catalyst for treating an exhaust gas allows the enhancement of the diffusion of an exhaust gas in a catalyst layer, which results in the improvement of catalyst efficiency.
Abstract:
A bracket for a disk drive, including: a base plate containing the disk drive; a side wall portion vertically protruded from an end portion of the base plate; and a displacement portion extended from the side wall portion and bending due to a vibration transmitted by making contact with the disk drive. Accordingly, a bracket according to the present invention has an improved buffering ability without installing a buffer. Also, the bracket can not only effectively protect a disk drive from an external impact but also be applied to an electric device such as a portable device. Also, a bracket according to another embodiment can prevent mutual interference between circuits provided on the bracket.
Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device is provided with a plurality of sense amplifiers adapted and configured to sense and amplify data stored in memory cells, a sense amplifier control unit adapted and configured to generate a driving voltage for driving the plurality of sense amplifiers, and a identification unit adapted and configured to generate an bit organization identification signal which represents a I/O structure and output the signal to the sense amplifier control unit. Here, the sense amplifier control unit regulates a level of the driving voltage in response to the bit organization identification signal. The semiconductor memory device supplies an optimized power source in each mode, thereby reducing current consumption and improving operating characteristics.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for analyzing functionality and test paths of product line using a priority graph. The apparatus includes: a parser for analyzing a use case scenario expressed in a text format, in a unit of word to separate a word from the analyzed use case scenario; an object/behavior identifier for extracting core noun and verb from the separated word; a dependency graph modeler for supporting to model an execution flow of a function; a priority graph editor for supporting to analyze and express linked feature objects, a feature category, a default value, a reference value, a use case name, variation points; a test path identifier for identifying a test path to examine requirements and plan a test at an information expression of a priority graph; and a graphic information processor for visually changing and showing an analysis information of the dependency graph and the priority graph.
Abstract:
An air conditioner is disclosed, which is suitable for improving its configuration and facilitating its assembly. The present invention includes a cabinet via which air is sucked or blown, a shroud guiding an air flow within the cabinet, a motor provided within the cabinet to forcibly circulate the air within the cabinet, an air guide penetrated by a rotational shaft of the motor, and a motor mounter coupled to the shroud to securely mount the motor thereon. Accordingly, the assembly configuration is simple and the corresponding assembly process is convenient, the vibration of the motor can be minimized, the assembly is facilitated, and the migration of the cold or hot air can be securely cut off.
Abstract:
