摘要： A metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) apparatus includes: a reaction chamber including a chamber main body forming an interior space having a certain volume and a chamber cover hermetically sealing the chamber main body to maintain air-tightness; a susceptor rotatably provided within the chamber main body and having one or more accommodation portions formed in an upper surface thereto to accommodate wafers; a cover member detachably provided on an interior surface of the chamber cover, forming a reaction space between the cover member and the susceptor, and formed by coupling a plurality of section members; and a gas supply unit supplying a reactive gas to the reaction space to allow the reactive gas to flow between the susceptor and the cover member.

When the sensor data processing apparatus receives sensor data, the sensor data processing apparatus generates a feature vector identifier of the sensor data and extracts a sensor type index and a feature vector identifier set index of a feature vector identifier most similar to the feature vector identifier of sensor data with reference to a feature vector identifier table, and generates situation recognition information using the extracted sensor type index and feature vector identifier set index.

摘要： A fusible resistor and method of fabricating the same is provided. The fusible resistor has a very low resistance of 20 to 470 mΩ. by depositing thin films as a fusible element made of a material with low resistivity such as copper having a temperature coefficient of over 2,000 ppm/° C. The fusible resistor comprises a resistor body, a fusible element layer formed to surround the resistor body, caps formed to surround ends of the fusible element layer, lead wires attached to the caps, and an insulating layer for insulating the fusible element layer and the caps from outside. The thus-fabricated fusible resistor performs all functions of a use without generating excessive heat.

摘要： A Passive Optical Network (PON)-based system and method for providing handover between Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) are provided. The PON-based system may include an Optical Line Terminal (OLT), and an ONT to relay communication between the OLT and a mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal is connected to the ONT, the ONT may transmit a WiFi location update alarm message to the OLT, and the OLT may update a Look-Up Table (LUT) in response to the WiFi location update alarm message.

The method for manufacturing a semiconductor light emitting diode (LED) includes: forming a light emission structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer on a substrate with prominences and depressions; removing the substrate from the light emission structure to expose a first concavoconvex portion corresponding to the prominences and depressions; forming a protection layer on the first concavoconvex portion; removing a portion of the protection layer to expose a convex portion of the first concavoconvex portion; and forming a second concavoconvex portion on the convex portion of the first concavoconvex portion. The semiconductor light emitting diode (LED) includes: a light emission structure including a first conductive type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive type semiconductor layer; a first concavoconvex portion formed on the light emission structure and having a second concavoconvex portion at a convex portion thereof; and a protection layer filling up a concave portion of the first concavoconvex portion.
