    摘要: The present invention relates to compositions comprising(a) at least one polyimide having an inherent viscosity of at least 0.1 dl/g (measured at 25.degree. C. on a 0.5% by weight solution in N-methylpyrrolidone) and containing at least 50 mol % of structural units of the formula I ##STR1## in which m and p independently of one another are integers from 0 to 4, n is an integer from 0 to 3, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently of one another are C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkoxy and R.sup.3 is a divalent radical of an aromatic diamine which is substituted in at least one ortho-position relative to at least one N atom by alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl or in which two adjacent C atoms of the aromatic radical are substituted by alkylene, and(b) at least one aromatic polyimide which is soluble in organic solvents and photocrosslinkable and which contains at least 50 mol %, relative to the total quantity of diamine units, of radicals R.sup.3 and at least 50 mol %, relative to the total quantity of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid units, of tetravalent aromatic tetracarboxylic acid radicals including at least one benzophenone unit.The polyimide mixtures are distinguished by good adhesion to various substrates and have a high photosensitivity. They can be used for the production of protective coatings and relief structures and are particularly suitable for the production of etch masks.

    摘要: Homopolyimides and copolyimides of aromatic tetracarboxylic acids and aromatic diamines which are substituted in the two ortho-positions relative to at least one N atom by alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl, are soluble in organic solvents and have increased glass transition temperatures and hence very good heat stabilities. Such polyimides, which contain radicals of a benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid, are radiation-sensitive and autophotocrosslinkable. The polyimides are suitable for the production of films, protective coatings and photographic relief images.

The polyamides according to the invention are suitable for producing transparent moulded articles of the widest variety, and are distinguished in particular by low water absorption, high stability to hydrolysis, and/or good dimensional stability under the action of moisture or humidity.

    摘要: There are described transparent copolyamides which consist of recurring structural elements of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 to R.sub.4 independently of one another are each hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 independently of one another are each ethyl, n-propyl, isobutyl, --CH(R.sub.7)(R.sub.8) or --CH.sub.2 CH(R.sub.9)(R.sub.10), R.sub.7 is alkyl having 1-8 C atoms, R.sub.8 is alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, R.sub.9 is hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, and R.sub.10 is alkyl having 2-8 C atoms, and wherein the proportion of structural elements (I) where R.sub.5 /R.sub.6 .noteq.--CH.sub.2 CH(R.sub.9)(R.sub.10) is 10-40 percent by weight, and where R.sub.5 /R.sub.6 =--CH.sub.2 CH(R.sub.9)(R.sub.10) it is 35-55 percent by weight, relative to the total weight of the polymer. The novel copolyamides are characterized by good thermoplastic processing characteristics, low water absorption, good stability to hydrolysis, and negligible dependence of the mechanical and electrical properties on the surrounding humidity, and are suitable for producing transparent moulded articles.

    摘要: The polyamides according to the invention are mainly transparent (amorphous), but in some cases also partially crystalline. They have a reduced specific viscosity (0.5% in m-cresol at 25.degree. C.) of at least 0.3 dl/g, and consist of recurring structural elements of the formula I ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are monovalent aliphatic or cycloaliphatic radicals, and Z is a bivalent aliphatic radical. The dicarboxylic acid structural radicals are derived in particular from adipic acid. The polyamides have high glass transition temperatures, and have a low water absorption and also good stability to hydrolysis. They can be processed into moulded articles (for example by the injection moulding process and extrusion process).
