摘要： A program development support apparatus is provided. A CPU executes a target program and outputs instruction address/instruction code data. The event detection section asserts and outputs a section trace start signal upon detecting that the instruction address/instruction code data matches a predetermined instruction address or instruction code set as an event condition in advance. When an instruction code of the instruction address/instruction code data is a branch instruction, or the section trace start signal is active, the trace data generation section outputs an uncompressed instruction address as trace data. When the instruction address is not the branch instruction, and the section trace start signal is not active, the trace data generation section generates a plurality of compressed instruction addresses by compressing the instruction address and then combines the compressed instruction addresses and outputs them as the trace data.

摘要： In a semiconductor device such as a CSP, re-wiring is provided on a circuit element formation region of a semiconductor substrate and a columnar electrode for connection with a circuit board is provided on the re-wiring. A first insulating film is provided over the semiconductor substrate excluding a connection pad, and a ground potential layer connected to a ground potential is provided on an upper surface of the first insulating film on the circuit element formation region. A re-wiring is provided over the ground potential layer with a second insulating film interposed. Since the ground potential layer serves as a barrier layer for preventing crosstalk between the re-wiring and circuit element formation region, it is possible to eliminate crosstalk between the re-wiring and a circuit within the circuit element formation region and to freely position the re-wiring without restrictions.

摘要： A one-way clutch is provided between a constant torque spring motor and a turn table. A locking projection in the one-way clutch acts to engage, through a rotatable locking piece, a locking face facing to the opposite direction of rotation of the record disc for reproducing sounds.By virtue of this locking driving force of the constant torque spring motor is transmitted to the turn table, while in the winding operation, applied force can be released by the slant face inclined toward the direction of rotation of the record disc and thereby can be disconnected with the turn table. Due to this simple construction, a one-way clutch applicable to this kind of constant torque spring motor for use in a sound reproducing device can be easily fabricated and assembled. In order to prevent any harmful frictional slippage of the pickup on the face of record disc by reverse turning of an indexing disc, another one-way clutch of similar construction is disposed between the indexing disc and the face plate.
