    摘要: An apparatus and a method of surface-treating a half sliding bearing, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a tank which accommodates a surface-treatment solution and an anode of an alloy to be applied to the bearings as a surface treatment; successively and one by one introducing the bearings into the surface-treatment solution; performing the surface treatment in such a manner that the surface layer of the alloy is applied to the surface of the bearings by feeding an electricity between a cathode served by the bearing and the anode via the surface-treatment solution while moving, in the surface-treatment solution, the bearings being introduced into the surface-treatment solution in a state in which the bearings is brought into contact with one another; and successively and one by one drawing out the bearings, which have been applied with the surface treatment, from the tank.

    摘要: A ceramics circuit board is manufactured by preliminarily preparing a circuit pattern base composed of a plurality of circuit pattern elements connected by bridging pieces each having a thickness smaller than that of the circuit pattern element, preferably less than half thickness of the circuit pattern base, applying and bonding the circuit pattern base onto one surface of a ceramics board base and removing the bridging pieces by effecting an etching treatment to thereby form a circuit pattern having a predetermined shape on the one surface of the ceramics board base. The circuit pattern base and the bridging pieces are formed of one metallic plate by partially effecting etching treatment. The bridging pieces are arranged so as to have a gap between a rear surface thereof and the one surface of the ceramics board base when the circuit pattern base is applied on the one surface of the ceramics board base. The bonding step may be carried out by forming, on a surface to be bonded, an eutectic material composed of the same metallic material as that composing the circuit pattern base and oxygen. It is preferred that the method further includes the step of applying and bonding a copper plate to another surface of the ceramics board base before the etching treatment.

Between a double twisting spindle and a take-up roller disposed above, there are arranged a winding angle-adjusting device, a feed roller and a traverse device, recited from the side of the spindle. The high yarn tension on the side of the double twister is reduced by using the feed roller having a special structure to obtain a soft wound package.

    摘要: A coated granular material of the present invention includes: a water-soluble granular substance; a coating layer applied to at least a surface of the water-soluble granular substance and containing a thermosetting resin A formed from a resin liquid having a molar ratio A of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.5 to 0.99; and a protection layer applied to the coating layer and containing a thermosetting resin B formed from a resin liquid having a molar ratio B of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.75 to 2.0, wherein the molar ratio B of the protection layer is greater than the molar ratio A of the coating layer. The present coated granular material is capable of achieving both of a short-term release pattern and an initial release limiting function and maintaining good quality.
