摘要:
Conductive ink is printed onto a wafer held on a vertically movable stage by using a squeegee to force the conductive ink through a stencil. The stencil is supported from below by a supporting member adjacent to the periphery of the stage. After the conductive ink has been printed through the stencil, pneumatic pressure is applied to the stencil from above, and the stage is lowered to separate the wafer from the stencil. The supporting member holds the stencil taut while the stage is being lowered, so that the stencil does not warp downward and the printed conductive ink leaves the stencil at substantially the same time at all points on the wafer surface, preventing the premature escape of air and loss of pneumatic pressure.

A hydrogen-containing gas suitable for use in a fuel cell, especially in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, is produced from a digestion gas (b) yielded in methane fermentation of organic matter (a), and is then supplied to the fuel cell to generate electricity. A fuel cell power generation method comprises a methane fermentation step (A) for subjecting organic matter to methane fermentation, a pretreatment step (B) for pretreating digestion gas yielded in the methane fermentation step, a hydrogen production step (C) for producing hydrogen-containing gas (c) from the gas which has been pretreated in the pretreatment step, and a fuel cell power generation step (D) for supplying the hydrogen-containing gas produced in the hydrogen production step to a fuel cell to generate electricity. The pretreatment step comprises an alkaline absorption step (B1) for absorbing carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide contained in the digestion gas yielded in the methane fermentation step into an alkaline absorbent solution.

An ATM cell multiplexer is arranged so that in the up direction from the terminal equipment to the ATM switchboard cells from a cell terminal portion in CLAD units are held in a cell holding portion through a Utopia Level 2 interface under the control of a communication controller in the CLAD units, and an ATM bus scheduler makes the cell holding portion transmit the cells to an ATM bus by assigning a transmission right for every cell holding portion of the CLAD units in accordance with a preset schedule table based on at least one of predetermined service categories and a traffic control corresponding to a traffic quantity, while in the down direction from the ATM switchboard to the terminal equipment the cells are broadcast from the ATM bus to the cell holding portion of each CLAD unit for a cell transfer and the communication controller makes the cell holding portion transfer the cells to the cell terminal portion through the Utopia Level 2 interface to decide whether or not the cells are addressed to itself.

A projection type cathode ray tube has a panel and an electron gun. The electron gun has a plurality of electrodes including a cathode, a control electrode, an accelerating electrode, a first anode, a focus electrode and a second anode, which electrodes are arranged in a tube axial direction at predetermined intervals. The second anode has a first cylindrical portion at the panel side and a second cylindrical portion at the cathode side, the first cylindrical portion having a larger inner dinner diameter than the inner diameter of the second cylindrical portion. The focus electrode has a panel side cylindrical portion with an inner diameter D1 and a length L1, an intermediate cylindrical portion with an inner diameter D3 and a length L3, and a cathode side cylindrical portion with an inner diameter D2 and a length L2. The inner diameters D1, D2, and D3 are different from each other. The focus electrode also has a first funnel like connecting portion between the panel side cylindrical portion and the intermediate cylindrical portion.

摘要:
This invention relates to a fault diagnosis system for hydraulic pumps in a work vehicle, which is economical and permits sure identification of one or more trouble-developed ones of the hydraulic pumps.Pressure sensors 61-64 are arranged on pressurized fluid lines 30,40, which extend to a tank T from points immediately out of center bypasses of flow control valves 21,231-234,451-454,26 communicated to hydraulic pumps 1-6. Solenoid-operated directional control valves 51-56 are interposed in input circuits of individual regulators 11-16 so that, upon excitation, a pressure of a pilot pump 7 is introduced into the regulators 11-16. When all the flow control valves are brought into neutral positions thereof and a determination is instructed through a switch 80, one of the solenoid-operated directional control valves is excited by a signal from a processor 70 so that pressurized fluid is delivered at a maximum flow rate from the corresponding hydraulic pump. A detection value of the corresponding pressure sensor at this time is translated into a flow rate, which is then stored. These procedures are performed with respect to the individual hydraulic pumps successively. Based on a flow rate obtained in every determination, a fault diagnosis of the corresponding particular hydraulic pump is performed.
