摘要： A method is disclosed for constructing a dual-sided chip package onto a leadframe having a die pad and a set of lead fingers corresponding to the die pad. Integrated circuit dies are disposed onto each side of the die pad while the leadframe is supported with support blocks having cavities that accept the integrated circuit dies and that support each lead finger and that provide clearance for stitch bonds of the previously formed wire bonds. Thereafter, a one step plastic mold is formed around each assembly comprising the dual integrated circuit dies, the die pads, and the wire bonds.

摘要： Successive field intervals of a composite color television signal are respectively recorded on successive recording tracks which extend parallel to one another on a record medium such as a magnetic tape. During the reproduction of a color television signal in a conventional VTR (video tape recorder), successive field intervals of the color television signal are alternately reproduced from the successive record tracks by means of two signal reproducing heads which are switched alternately.A color video signal reproducing circuit has an automatic gain control circuit for controlling the output level thereof and a muting circuit by which operation of the automatic gain control circuit is arrested for a predetermined period at the commencement of each interval of the reproduced color video signal so as to prevent color flicker from appearing on a television monitor regardless of timing axis variations caused by undesirable jitter components produced by the speed relation between the tape transport or drive and the head rotation in the VTR.

摘要： A method of surface hardening for forming a hardened layer of cemented carbide, including cementite, on a local surface area of cast iron by rapidly melting the local surface by means of a rapid melting process such as the electron bombardment melting process to form a molten pool thereon, then rapidly cooling the molten pool by the chilling effect of the non-molten portion of cast iron and finally finishing the cast iron having the hardened layer thus formed to a desired shape. To this end, the cast iron used contains therein one or a mixture of deoxidizing agents such as aluminum, magnesium and calcium.

摘要： A process is provided for producing an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer by which impurities such as catalyst residue and by-products and solvent are removed to a high degree. A high-quality, homogeneous product can be efficiently produced by including a washing step including: introducing a paste containing an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer and an alcohol into a washing tank; applying a shear force to the paste to knead the paste while contacting the paste with washing water so that a surface of the paste is repeatedly displaced by an inner part thereof; and discharging the alcohol to an outside of the tank together with the washing water to obtain a water-containing ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer composition having a small alcohol content.
