    摘要: The invention provides a composite high frequency component constituting a part of a microwave circuit having plural signal paths corresponding to their respective frequencies, comprising: a diplexer for coupling transmitting signals from the plural signal paths for transmission and distributing receiving signals into said plural signal paths for reception; plural high frequency switches for separating the plural signal paths into a transmission section and a reception section, respectively; plural filters introduced in the signal paths; said diplexer, said high frequency switch, and said filters being integrated into a ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. According to the above described composite high frequency component, the diplexer, the high frequency switches, and the filters which constitute the composite high frequency component are integrated into the ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. Thus, the matching and adjustment between the diplexer and the high frequency switches can be easily performed. It is unnecessary to provide a matching circuit for matching and adjusting the diplexer and the high frequency switches, and moreover, the high frequency switches and the filters.

The variable attenuator includes a first comb line comprising first and second lines which are electromagnetically coupled with a coupling coefficient M, a second comb line comprising third and fourth lines which are electromagnetically coupled with a coupling coefficient M, and first and second diodes connected to the third and fourth lines of the second comb line. A first terminal is connected to one end of the first line and a second terminal is connected to one end of the second line. The first and second diodes are connected between one end of each of the third and fourth lines and a ground with their anodes connected to one end of each of the third and fourth lines, respectively. First and second control terminals for turning the first and second diodes on and off are connected at the junction of other end of the first line and the other end of the third line and at the junction of the other end of the second line and the other end of the fourth line via resistors.

An N-channel MOS transistor is rendered conductive in response to the step-up potential from the level shifter, and sets a data input terminal to a power supply potential. The internal data signal and the test mode signature share the level shifter and the N-channel MOS transistor, and hence the layout area can be small and a high-level test mode signature can be output.

A second reinforcing plate is a constituent of each inner plate. The second reinforcing plate has a pair of cylindrical front and rear boss portions with bushings fitted therein and a flange portion which rises radially from the outer peripheries of the boss portion to connect the paired front and rear boss portions to each other. Resin is molded along the surfaces of the flange portions front the outer peripheries of the cylindrical boss portions so as to fill up recesses formed between the boss portions and the flange portions. The outer and inner plates are also fabricated in this way.
