    摘要: The lubricant-return holes are provided in the intermediate portion of the ring gear. Thus, the lubricant stagnating above the first oil sealing member can be easily discharged to the oil pan side via the lubricant-return holes even when the ring gear has stopped rotating in response to the starter motor being turned off after completion of the start of the internal combustion engine. As such, the level of the surface of lubricant stagnating between the ring gear and the outer race member does not rise, and therefore the lubricant surface virtually does not reach the outer race and the one-way clutch that are rotating while the internal combustion engine is running. Thus, bubbling of lubricant and production of sludge, which may otherwise be caused by agitation of the lubricant surface, can be prevented.

    摘要: A high frequency power amplifier electronic component (RF power module) is so constituted as to apply bias to an amplifier FET in current mirror configuration. In this RF power module, deviation of a bias point due to the short channel effect of the FET is corrected, and variation in high frequency power amplifier characteristics is reduced. The high frequency power amplifier circuit (RF power module) is so constituted that the bias voltage for the amplifier transistor in a high frequency power amplifier circuit is supplied from a bias transistor connected with the amplifier transistor in current mirror configuration. In addition to a pad (external terminal) connected with the control terminal of the amplifier transistor, a second pad is provided which is connected with the control terminal of the bias transistor connected with the amplifier transistor in current mirror configuration.

    摘要: A method of controlling the alignment of a ferroelectric liquid crystal without the need of an alignment process, such as a rubbing process and a photo alignment process, in a liquid crystal display using a ferroelectric liquid crystal. The method uses a columnar alignment layer having a column structure with a plate-like molecule having photo dichroism in the visible light range as one of the alignment layers for controlling the alignment of the ferroelectric liquid crystal. The method forms a reactive liquid crystal layer produced by fixing a reactive liquid crystal including a polymerizable liquid crystal material on the side to be contacted with the ferroelectric liquid crystal on the columnar alignment layer, showing the nematic phase on the columnar alignment layer.
