摘要： There is provided a field effect transistor having an organic semiconductor layer, including: an organic semiconductor layer containing at least porphyrin; and a layer composed of at least a polysiloxane compound, the layer being laminated on the organic semiconductor layer so as to be in intimate contact with the organic semiconductor layer. As a result, there can be provided a field effect transistor which enables an organic semiconductor layer having high crystallinity and high orientation to be formed and which exhibits a high mobility.

摘要： Provided is a manufacturing method for preferentially-oriented oxide ceramics having a high degree of crystal orientation. The manufacturing method includes: obtaining slurry containing an oxide crystal B having magnetic anisotropy; applying a magnetic field to the oxide crystal B, and obtaining a compact of the oxide crystal B; and subjecting the compact to oxidation treatment to obtain preferentially-oriented oxide ceramics including a compact of an oxide crystal C having a crystal system that is different from a crystal system of one of a part and a whole of the oxide crystal B. By (1) reacting raw materials, (2) reducing the oxide crystal A, or (3) keeping the oxide crystal A at high temperature and quenching the oxide crystal A, the oxide crystal B is obtained to be used in the slurry.

摘要： An access control device causes an information processing device to execute access control between a client device and two or more server devices. The device receives an open request for causing the information processing device to open the port of a port number that is a port number to be transmitted to the client device according to completion of one process of a plurality of processes to be executed on a first server device which is one of the two or more server devices. The device generates information for data transfer for opening the port of the port number based on information for identifying the first server device which transmitted the open request, which is included in the received open request. The device transmits the generated information for data transfer to the information processing device.

摘要： An iron-type golf club head has a face which has a face surface of a flat shape, and a hosel which is continuous with the face on its heel side. A shaft insertion hole is disposed in the hosel. A protrusion protruding rearward is disposed in the vicinity of the center in a toe-heel direction. A material of the golf club head is pure iron having a high purity of at least 99.8%, for instance, pure iron having a purity within a range of 99.995 to 99.9999%. The golf club head is subjected to carburizing so that carbon diffuses up to about 0.2 to 0.5 mm from the surface. A region within 0.2 mm from the face surface has a hardness of HV 300 to 600, and a region where a distance from the face surface is 0.7 mm or more has a hardness of HV 100 or lower.

The three-phase cables positioned between the PCU and the air cleaner is provided so as to align on the identical plane parallel to the width direction of the hybrid vehicle.

A proxy filtering block searches through a proxy filter table by the request path identifier. A filtering return block generates a proxy filtering packet by inserting a return path identifier, when the packet can be relayed.
