    摘要: A tank main body accommodates a heat exchanger including a heating medium pipe. A plurality of heat exchanger fins are coupled to the heating medium pipe to divide the interior of the tank main body into a plurality of spaces. A hydrogen storage alloy is provided in the spaces. An absorption portion is provided in the spaces. The absorption portion is deformed by a force generated by expansion of the hydrogen storage alloy, thereby absorbing the force. Therefore, the heat exchanger is prevented from being deformed or damaged even if the bulk density of the hydrogen storage alloy is reduced due to expansion and pulverization of the hydrogen storage alloy.

    摘要: A cooling apparatus for a fuel cell system having high cooling efficiency. The cooling apparatus includes a chemical heat pump circuit using isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and hydrogen gas as a heat carrier. The chemical heat pump circuit includes an endothermic device incorporated in the fuel cell and an exothermic device for releasing heat from the circuit. The temperature of a heat carrier is increased to a first temperature by the heat of the fuel cell. The chemical heat pump circuit uses the heat of the heat carrier after it is heated to the first temperature to heat the heat carrier to a second temperature, which is higher than the first temperature. The heat of the heat carrier is used for other useful purposes or is simply desorbed. After the heat carrier is heated to the second temperature, the heat carrier is easily cooled by a cooling fan. Thus, the cooling apparatus has a high cooling efficiency.

    摘要: A yarn tensioning device which is arranged to impart a high unwinding tension to a feed yarn in a yarn draw-out phase of operation and to impart a low unwinding tension with a large yarn draw-back capacity. The yarn tensioning device is is particularly suitable for use on a textile machine which is arranged to produce a three-dimensional fabric by interweaving a large number of yarns 24 fed from yarn carriers 20 which are driven by a carrier drive mechanism to shift the respective positions along predetermined loci of movements within a common carrier shifting plane. Mounted on each carrier 20 is a high tensioning mechanism which acts with a small yarn draw-back capacity and a high yarn tensioning capacity for a feed yarn 24 being unwound from a bobbin 23, in combination with a low tensioning mechanism 22 which acts on the feed yarn with a large yarn draw-back capacity and a low tensioning capacity. As a result, a high yarn tensioning force is applied to the feed yarn by the high tensioning mechanism 21 in a yarn draw-out phase of operation, and a low yarn tensioning force is applied to the feed yarn by the low tensioning mechanism 22 in a yarn draw-back phase of operation past a limit point of yarn draw-back by the high tensioning mechanism 21.

    摘要: A heat sink for a power module able to realize a further improvement of heat radiating performance and a further improvement of a mounting property is provided.The heat sink 1 for a power module has a laminating body 20, a first side plate 30 and a second side plate 40. The laminating body 20 has plural flow path plates 21 formed in a plate shape in which plural grooves 23 parallel to each other are concavely arranged on a flat joining face 22. Each groove 23 is set to a parallel flow path 50 parallel to a front face side by laminating each flow path plate 21 by each joining face 22. A portion other than each groove 23 of each joining face 22 forms a heat transfer path 70a to each parallel flow path 50 of a laminating direction. A flow-in path 30a and a flow-out path 40a are formed in the first and second side plates 30, 40. The flow-in path 30a and the flow-out path 40a are joined to side faces 26a, 26b of the laminating body 20, and are communicated with each parallel flow path 50. The flow-in path 30a flows a cooling medium into each parallel flow path 50. The flow-out path 40a flows the cooling medium out of each parallel flow path 50. A refrigerant flow path is constructed by the flow-in path 30a, each parallel flow path 50 and the flow-out path 40a.
