摘要: A high-strength hydraulic cement composition contains cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, water and a specified admixture and has a unit amount of water in the range of 120-185 kg/m3. Water and the cement are contained at a ratio of 20-40% and the admixture is contained in the amount of 0.1-3.0 weight parts per 100 weight parts of the cement. The admixture is one or more selected from reaction mixtures obtained by specified two processes and partially or completely neutralized substances obtained from such a reaction mixture through these two processes and also a specified third process. The specified two processes include initiating a radical copolymerization process of a radical polymerizable monomer mixture containing maleic anhydride and a monomer of a specified kind in a non-aqueous system in the presence of a non-aqueous radical initiator and stopping the radical copolymerization reaction in its midst while the inversion rate of polymerization is at a specified level by adding water to the reaction system to thereby obtain a reaction mixture. The specified third process is for partially or completely neutralizing the reaction mixture.

摘要: This invention relates to a spray coating powder material which, when applied to gas turbines using a crude low-quality fuel oil as fuel, has sufficiently higher corrosion resistance to sulfur, vanadium, sodium and other substances that accelerate corrosion in a high-temperature service environment, than conventional materials such as Ni-50 Cr and MCrAlY materials, as well as high-temperature components coated therewith. Specifically, this invention relates to a spray coating powder material comprising, on a weight percentage basis, greater than 45% and up to 60% of chromium, 5 to 15% of aluminum, 0.5 to 10% of zirconium, and the balance comprising cobalt or iron, or both, and incidental impurities, as well as high-temperature components coated therewith. This material can yield a sprayed coating having high corrosion resistance to sulfur, vanadium, sodium and other substances that accelerate corrosion in a high-temperature service environment.

摘要: Ultrafine powder is stored in a pneumatic transportation tank (20), and is discharged to a transporting conduit (23) while being fluidized by the pressurized air fed through a fluidizing air port (24). The ultrafine powder is fed to a weigher (30) provided at the other end of the transporting conduit (23), at which the weight of the transported ultrafine powder is weighed by a load cell (31). After the weighed value reaches 90% of a predetermined value, the fed amount of the pneumatic transportation air is reduced, and a bypass regulating valve (38) is adjusted to thus decelerate the transportation. When the weighed value reaches 100% of the predetermined value, the discharge of the ultrafine powder to the transporting conduit (23) is stopped. This method and the apparatus enable the storage, quantitative batch transportation, and automatic weighing of the ultrafine powder such as silica fume.
