An adjusting unit (32) adjusts the conditions for controlling the laser or the conditions for laser machining based on the temperature change or the temperature of the specified component element estimated by the temperature change estimating unit. A stable laser machining operation is performed without a temperature sensor. The laser output value (L1) may be measured by a laser power sensor (5).

    摘要: A laser machining apparatus capable of removing spatters and slugs produced in piercing and rising supply pressure of blow gas sufficiently without hindering a jet of assist gas. A piercing assist jig can be turned and moved up and down by a rotary air cylinder and an extendable air cylinder which are attached to a machining head. When piercing is to be performed, the piercing assist jig, which is in a position where it does not interfere with the machining nozzle and the workpiece, is turned to make a center of a hole of the piercing assist jig coincide with a center of the machining nozzle. Then the machining head is moved down to a piercing position, and the piercing assist jig is pressed on a workpiece. Then, a laser beam is irradiated and assist gas is jetted, and also blow gas is jetted from a blow gas supply opening so that the blow gas flows with the assist gas therebetween. Spatters and slugs flying up in the process of piercing are removed by the blow gas without hindering the piercing.

A tracing control circuit of a CNC device executes tracing control upon receiving a tracing start command from a CNC main circuit. Specifically, the control circuit is supplied with a detection signal from a height detector and outputs a drive signal to a motor such that the height of a machining head is kept within a predetermined range. A workpiece detector is provided for detecting the presence or absence of a workpiece at the distal end of the machining head. When the workpiece at the distal end of the machining head drops as the machining operation advances, this is detected by the workpiece detector, which then outputs a detection signal to a tracing interrupt circuit. On receiving the detection signal from the workpiece detector, that is, information indicating that there is no workpiece at the distal end of the machining head, the tracing interrupt circuit outputs a tracing interrupt signal to the tracing control circuit. When supplied with the tracing interrupt signal, the tracing control circuit interrupts the tracing control.
