In the present invention, adhesion strength between the first resin (4) and the second resin (5) is 18 MPa or larger at room temperature.

In one embodiment, the invention is a diagnostic system comprising: a form comprising one or more diagnostic questions and one or more possible answers to each diagnostic question; a first overlay comprising one or more windows and one or more diagnostic fields, wherein when the first overlay is positioned over the form, the answers to the diagnostic questions that are indicative of the user having a first medical condition are visible through the windows of the first overlay; and wherein the one or more diagnostic fields contain criteria for diagnosing the user with the first medical condition based on the user's selection of answers on the form that are visible through the windows of the first overlay. In other embodiments, the invention is a computer-based version of the diagnostic system and a diagnostic method.

摘要： A distortion correcting circuit for correcting vertically asymmetric distortion while achieving reduction in circuit scale and a display apparatus equipped with the circuit are provided. This distortion correcting circuit comprises a comparator circuit 10 which compares an amplitude of an vertical sawtooth wave Vsaw with a reference level Vref which is set to the amplitude of the vertical sawtooth wave corresponding to a center of the screen in a vertical sweeping direction, a multiplier circuit 11 which generates a parabolic wave of the difference between the vertical sawtooth wave and the reference level, a variable gain type amplifier circuit 12 which adjusts the output amplitude of the multiplier circuit 11 and a control circuit 13 which sets a first and second gains of the variable gain type amplifier circuit 12 based upon a result of the comparison in said comparator circuit when a result of the comparison in the comparator circuit 10 represents that the amplitude of the vertical sawtooth wave is lower, and equal to or higher than the reference level, respectively. A distortion correction signal Vsaw is output from the amplifier circuit 12.
