To the third electrode, the signal having the second polarity is applied. The third electrode is disposed on a position opposed to the second electrode. To the fourth electrode, the signal having the first polarity is applied. The first dielectric portion is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode.     摘要: A method for manufacturing an antenna device is provided. The manufacturing method includes forming an antenna circuit so that the resonance frequency of the antenna circuit will be lower than an oscillation frequency of the reader/ writer and affixing a magnetic sheet to an antenna coil via an adhesive. The antenna circuit includes the antenna coil that receives the magnetic field transmitted from the reader/ writer and a capacitor electrically connected to the antenna coil. The magnetic sheet is at a face-to-face position with respect to the antenna coil and is configured to change the inductance of the antenna coil. The adhesive is of a film thickness to change the inductance so that the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit will be coincident with the oscillation frequency depending on the spacing between the antenna coil and the magnetic sheet.

    摘要: To suppress changes in capacitance due to displacement between electrodes opposing each other across a dielectric layer, thereby allowing stable manufacturing of a capacitance device having a desired capacitance.The capacitance device according to the present invention is of a configuration including a dielectric layer (10), a first electrode (11) formed on a predetermined surface (10a) of the dielectric layer (10), and a second electrode (12) formed on a surface (10b) on the opposite side of the dielectric layer (10) from the predetermined surface (10a). The forms of the first and second electrodes (11, 12) are set so that even in the event that the first electrode (11) is relatively displaced regarding position in a predetermined direction as to the second electrode (12), the area of the opposing-electrode region between the first electrode (11) and to the second electrode (12) is unchanged.

    摘要: A fuel cell is provided which can control an optimum fuel concentration according to an output without a sensor for measuring the fuel concentration. The fuel cell uses a liquid organic compound for fuel and includes a membrane-electrode assembly, a passage for allowing fuel or oxidant to flow, a fuel supply unit for supplying the fuel to the fuel cell and intermittently or periodically changing a rate of fuel supply, and a computation processor for measuring a signal of a voltage or an output of the fuel cell, computing the rate of the fuel supply and the signal, and correcting the rate of the fuel supply. In the fuel cell, the optimum fuel concentration can be easily controlled according to the output by periodically varying the fuel concentration from a reference fuel concentration, measuring a voltage or an output and a variation range of the voltage or the output, and then determining whether the reference fuel concentration is appropriate or not.
