Abstract: A liquid crystal display assembly is described and has an array substrate, a color filter substrate, a first sealant, a liquid crystal layer, a polarizing plate, and a second sealant. The liquid crystal layer and the first sealant are disposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The first sealant surrounds the liquid crystal layer. The polarizing plate is disposed on the color filter substrate. The second sealant surrounds the polarizing plate. Therefore, the liquid crystal display assembly is protected from contamination and corrosion by reducing water vapor, dust, etc., entering the liquid crystal display assembly.

Abstract: A display panel includes, arranged as a stack, a color filter layer, a function layer, and a liquid crystal layer. The function layer has a top and a bottom opposite to each other. The color filter layer is arranged on the top, and the color filter layer includes a blue sub-pixel zone for transmission of blue light. The liquid crystal layer is arranged on the bottom. The bottom is provided with a protrusion structure, and the protrusion structure extends into the liquid crystal layer such that the protrusion structure divides the liquid crystal layer into a first area and a second area. The first area has a projection cast on the color filter layer and having an area covering the blue sub-pixel zone. A liquid crystal cell thickness of the first area is smaller than a liquid crystal cell thickness of the second area. Also provided is a display device.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a micro light-emitting diode array substrate, including a glass substrate. The glass substrate is formed with a gate electrode and a dielectric layer in sequence. The dielectric layer is formed with a semiconductor layer and a pixel electrode. The semiconductor layer is disposed with a source electrode and a drain electrode. The drain electrode and the adjacent pixel electrode are connected. The pixel electrode is connected with a micro light-emitting diode. The gate electrode, the source electrode, the drain electrode, the pixel electrode and a lead connected with a pin of the micro light-emitting diode are all made out of graphene conductive material. The disclosure further provides a display panel, including the micro LED array substrate. Micro LEDs are respectively disposed with color block layers. Compared with the prior art, heat of the micro light-emitting diodes can be transmitted to other regions for improving heat dissipation.

In the above-described manner, the present disclosure can improve the light utilization efficiency of the micro light emitting diode.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a micro light-emitting diode display panel. The array substrate is arranged with a plurality of pixels in an array. Each of the pixels at least includes a subpixel of three colors. Each of the subpixels is disposed with at least one μLED chip corresponding to color of the subpixel. Bin levels of the μLED chips of the subpixels with the same color in two adjacent pixels are different and a difference of peak wavelengths >2 nm. The disclosure further provides a manufacturing method, the μLED chips with the corresponding color in the subpixel of the array substrate are transfer printed from the transfer printing plate to corresponding subpixels. The color and the bin level of the μLED chips in each transfer printing are identical. Bin levels of the μLED chips in the sub-pixels with the same color in two adjacent pixels are different.
