摘要: Provided is a power supply device integrally combined with an electrical device body including a motor, comprising a rechargeable battery for supplying power to the motor, a microcomputer for detecting a residual capacity and a battery voltage of the battery, and a switching element provided between the battery and the microcomputer. The microcomputer stops charging the battery when the detected residual capacity has become 100%, and when the detected value of the battery voltage has become lower than a peak value after the value of the battery voltage passes the peak value, making it possible to prevent overcharging of the battery. The microcomputer also controls to turn off the switching element to stop the power supply from the battery to the microcomputer when the residual capacity becomes less than a predetermined threshold value, making it possible to reduce power consumption.

摘要: The charging current value in the first trickle charge after the rapid charge is differentiated from the charging current value in the second and subsequent trickle charge. Thus, for example, in the first trickle charge, charging can be performed with the charging current value required to simultaneously activate and charge an inactive battery. In the second and subsequent trickle charge, charging can be performed with the charging current value required to compensate for self-discharge of a rechargeable battery. By charging the battery with the charging current value required to compensate for self-discharge of the battery in the second and subsequent trickle charge, power consumption required to charge the battery can be reduced, compared to the case where the trickle charge is continued with a constant charging current value required to simultaneously activate and charge the inactive battery, as the conventional device.

The ON-drive constant-current circuit includes a current control transistor and a current detection element. The control circuit controls the current control transistor based on the voltage of the current detection resistor and detects abnormality in the ON-drive constant-current circuit based on a source-drain voltage of the current control transistor.

摘要: In a fuel cell system, regeneration-time voltage fixed control is implemented where during regeneration or when regeneration is expected to occur, output voltage of a fuel cell is set to a voltage value outside an oxidation reduction progress voltage range, and the amount of reactant gas supplied to the fuel cell is changed based on the amount of electric power remaining in an energy storage device. In the regeneration-time voltage fixed control, it is determined whether or not regeneration occurs while a moving body equipped with the fuel cell system is moving down a slope, and in the case where it is determined that regeneration occurs while the moving body is moving down a slope, the amount of the reactant gas supplied to the fuel cell is decreased in comparison with the case where it is determined that regeneration occurs while the moving body is not moving down a slope.

Motion information, which is associated with the motion of the vehicle on the road where the vehicle traveled, is acquired along with time information. Reference traffic information, which is traffic information on the road at a reference time which is specified by the time information, is acquired from a traffic information providing device which constantly provides the traffic information. A correlation between the motion information and the reference traffic information is specified. Furthermore, estimated motion information, which indicates an estimated motion of the vechicle on the road at an estimate time when the motion is estimated, is acquired based on estimating source traffic information at the estimate time and the correlation, the estimating source traffic information being provided as the traffic information of the estimating source from the traffic information providing device in the case where no motion information is acquired at the estimate time.
