摘要： A multi-layered element for the quantative analysis of an immuno-reactant having a water-impermeable and light-transmissible support layer; a coloring reagent layer carried by said support layer and containing a hydrophilic polymer as a binder; and a reaction layer covering said reagent layer and made of a porous matrix. When the analyte immunoreactant is an antigen, said reaction layer contains the specific antibody for the antigen, the antibody being immobilized by a first water-insoluble carrier. When the analyte immuno-reactant is an antibody, said reaction layer contains the specific antigen for the antibody. The reaction layer contains an enzyme substrate immobilized by a second water-insoluble carrier different from said first water-insoluble carrier. The coloring reagent layer contains a detection reagent composition for coupling with an enzymatic reaction product produced by the reaction beween the enzyme-labelled complex of the immuno-reactant and the enzyme substrate immobilized by the second water-insoluble carrier. Upon coupling of the detection reagent composition with the enzymatic reaction product, a color is developed, the optical density of which is measured to determine the quantity of the analyte immuno-reactant contained in a liquid sample.

The compound represented by formula (I) liberates thyroid hormone from bound protein to facilitate analysis.

摘要： A semiconductor device has memory cells respectively located at intersections of bit and word lines arranged in a matrix form, each of the memory cells being constituted by a single insulated gate transistor and a single capacitor. One memory cell is formed in an element formation region defined by each of trenches arranged in a matrix form. The capacitor has an insulating film formed along part of a side wall surface of a trench formed in at least a direction of thickness of a semiconductor substrate and a conductive layer formed along the insulating film. The transistor has a gate insulating film adjacent to the capacitor and formed along a remaining portion of the side wall surface of the trench, a gate electrode formed along the gate insulating film, and a diffusion region formed in a major surface of the semiconductor substrate which is adjacent to the gate insulating film. The semicondcutor memory device further has an isolation region between two adjacent ones of the memory cells along two adjacent ones of the bit or word lines. A method of manufacturing the semiconductor is also proposed.

摘要： A drive assist device allows a driver to favorably check space for opening a back door along with an image of a periphery of a vehicle. The drive assist device is configured: to perform a viewpoint conversion that converts an image captured by a vehicle-mounted camera, which image is of a scene in the periphery of the vehicle including at least an area rearward of the vehicle, into an overhead image showing the vehicle from above; to superimpose on the overhead image a graphic image showing a flip-up back door in an open state from the same viewpoint as that of the overhead image; and to allow the superimposed image to be displayed on a monitor device in a vehicle compartment.
