摘要: An internal combustion engine with a supercharger comprises an internal combustion engine including a plurality of cylinders; an intake passage that supplies gas to the internal combustion engine; a turbocharger-type supercharger including a turbine portion having a plurality of exhaust gas introduction passages; and an exhaust passage including a plurality of connecting passages that connect the plurality of cylinders and the plurality of exhaust gas introduction passages, wherein exhaust gas discharged from the internal combustion engine flows through the exhaust passage. The internal combustion engine comprises a bridge passage that connects two or more of the plurality of connecting passages to each other; a branch passage connected to the bridge passage; and a first opening and closing device provided into the bridge passage to open and close the bridge passage.

摘要: A compressor includes a discharge chamber, a compression chamber, a partition wall, and a discharge reed valve. The partition wall is arranged between the discharge chamber and the compression chamber and includes a fixing surface that faces the discharge chamber. The partition wall includes a discharge port that can communicate the discharge chamber and the compression chamber. The discharge reed valve includes a fixed portion, an intermediate portion, and a valve portion. The partition wall includes a supporting portion, a receiving portion, and a main coupling portion. The supporting portion supports a central region of the valve portion. The receiving portion receives a distal region of the valve portion. The main coupling portion extends from the supporting portion to couple the supporting portion and the receiving portion in order to divide into two a distal discharging region of the discharge port.

摘要: A compressor has a compression unit for compressing gas to a desired pressure, a drive shaft and a balancer. The drive shaft is connected to the compression unit for driving the compression unit. Imbalance on the drive shaft is generated due to movement of the compression unit. The balancer is mounted on the drive shaft and includes a main portion and adjustable portion for correcting the imbalance on the drive shaft. Preferably, at least one of the weight and the shape of the adjustable portion is adjustable.

摘要: A heater utilizing fluid frictional heat according to this invention has a structure suitable for realizing the heater in an elongated shape which is capable of being mounted laterally on an automobile engine. A cylindrical shear applying portion being integral with a drive shaft and having an outer circumferential surface in cylindrical form is disposed in a heat generating chamber formed as a cylindrical space. The shear applying portion is machined with the same support arbors as used in machining the drive shaft. Preferably, the drive shaft and the shear applying portion are machined as a one-piece member made of a single rod-like material.

摘要: A viscous fluid type heater including a stator having a stationary surface and a rotor having a rotary surface. The rotary surface is opposed to the stationary surface to define a clearance therebetween for the accommodation of a viscous fluid. A circulating fluid flows through a heat exchanging chamber. The rotor rotates about its axis and shears the viscous fluid to produce heat. The heat is transmitted to the circulating fluid from the viscous fluid. The rotary surface is inclined with respect to the rotor axis. The stationary surface is inclined in conformity with the rotary surface.

摘要: An improved viscous fluid heater is disclosed. The heater has a rotor that is operably coupled to a drive shaft. The rotor is disposed in a heating chamber filled with viscous fluid. The rotor is rotated with the drive shaft to shear the viscous fluid and generate heat in the heating chamber. The rotor has a flat rotor body and a boss. The boss has an axial length greater than that of the rotor body. A mechanism is provided with at least the boss. The mechanism mounts the rotor on the drive shaft and transmits torque of the drive shaft to the rotor.

摘要: A vehicle exhaust heat recovery system includes a vapor compression type refrigeration circuit, a boiler to which the refrigerant is introduced from the refrigeration circuit and heated, and an expander for generating motive power by expanding the heated refrigerant. The refrigerant circulates in the refrigeration circuit. The boiler heats the refrigerant introduced therein using exhaust heat generated by the vehicle. The refrigerant that has been subjected to expansion is recycled to the refrigeration circuit.
