    摘要: Proposed is a liquid oligomer composition that contains a hydroxyamine adduct and a liquid reacting oligomer. The hydroxyamine adduct includes an epoxy-amine adduct, which contains at least one primary amine group that is a product of the reaction of an epoxy compound with at least one terminal oxyrane group and at least one amine that contains at least two primary amino groups. In order to form the epoxy-amine adduct, 1 to 15 moles of at least one amine are reacted per equivalent of the aforementioned epoxy compound. The composition also contains at least one compound with one or more terminal cyclocarbonate groups. A method of manufacturing a liquid oligomer composition on the basis of the above compounds is also proposed.

    摘要: Provided is a microcapsule-based hardener for an epoxy resin, which have a core (C) formed using a hardener (H) for the epoxy resin as a starting material and a shell (S) for covering the core (C) therewith. Since it is characterized in that the hardener (H) for the epoxy resin has an average particle size exceeding 0.3 μm and not greater than 12 μm; a content of a small-particle-size hardener for epoxy resin defined to have a particle size 0.5 time or less of the average particle size of the hardener (H) for the epoxy resin is from 0.1 to 15%; and the shell (S) has, on the surface thereof, a binding group (x) capable of absorbing infrared rays having a wave number of from 1630 to 1680 cm−1, a binding group (y) capable of absorbing infrared rays having a wave number of from 1680 to 1725 cm−1, and a binding group (z) capable of absorbing infrared rays having a wave number of from 1730 to 1755 cm−1, it is excellent in storage stability and at the same time, in reaction rapidity.

    摘要: A hyperdispersant for use in a fluorocarbon coating composition is disclosed. The fluorocarbon coating composition generally comprises a fluorocarbon resin, a binder resin, a cross-linking agent, and the hyperdispersant. The hyperdispersant comprises the reaction product of a polyglycidyl oligomer and at least one amino compound. The polyglycidyl oligomer comprises a carbon chain having from 1 to 25 carbon atoms with at least one of an internal ether linkage and an internal ester linkage and comprises a plurality of epoxy groups. The at least one amino compound has a cyclic, heterocyclic, alkyl, or heteroalkyl structure substituted with at least one primary or secondary amine group for reacting with and opening at least one of the epoxy groups.

The Mannich base polyamine is a reaction product of a polyamine containing at least two amino groups with a N-Mannich condensate prepared from a reaction of a phenolic compound, an aldehyde, and a secondary amine wherein the secondary amine of the N-Mannich condensate is replaced by one of the at least two amino groups of the polyamine, and wherein the ratio of the Mannich base polyamine to the alkoxy group modified polyepoxide resin contains an excess of an active amine hydrogen relative to epoxide groups so that the water soluble polyamine adduct has an amine hydrogen equivalent weight of at most 1000 based on solids content.
