摘要: A composition that may include a resin, plastic aggregate, plastic fines, and optionally fly ash. The plastic aggregates and plastic fines may be formed from recycled plastic. The composition may be utilized to repair damaged surfaces, including damages concrete surfaces. The composition may further be used in pre-formed structures. The pre-formed structures may include panels that are assembled to form an upright enclosure, such as a shelter.

摘要: A coil component includes a porous ceramic portion having pores, a coil portion embedded in the porous ceramic portion, and outer electrodes which are provided on an outer surface of the porous ceramic portion and electrically connected to the coil portion. The porous ceramic portion has a porosity of 10% by volume or more and 90% by volume or less (i.e., from 10% by volume to 90% by volume), and the pores are filled with a cured product of a resin composition containing a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin and an acid anhydride-based curing agent.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a composite sheet including an impregnation step of impregnating pores of a porous nitride sintered body having a thickness of less than 2 mm with a resin composition having a viscosity of 10 to 500 mPa·s to obtain a resin-impregnated body, and a curing step of heating the resin-impregnated body to semi-cure the resin composition filled in the pores.

摘要: A porous inorganic additive manufactured article that is comprised of at least two layers of inorganic particulates bound together by a carbon binding phase throughout. The additive manufactured article may be formed by additive manufacturing using a mixture comprised of an organic reactive material and inorganic particulates, wherein the organic reactive material is subsequently reacted to form a thermoset material that forms carbon upon heating that binds the inorganic particulates together to form the porous inorganic additive manufactured article. The porous inorganic additive manufactured article may then be infiltrated with a liquid that is solidified to form a composite article or may be further heated in a differing atmosphere to form a further sintered or reacted porous inorganic article.

摘要: A composite material containing carbon and a plastic includes: a) provision of a pulverulent composition with one or more components of amorphous carbon, graphite and mixed forms thereof, b) provision of a liquid binder, c) planar deposition of a layer consisting of the material provided in step a) and local deposition of droplets of material provided in step b) onto this layer and any number of repetitions of step c), the local deposition of the droplets in the successive repetitions of this step being adapted according to the desired shape of the component to be produced, d) at least partial curing or drying of the binder to obtain a green body that has the desired shape of the component, e) impregnation of the green body with a liquid synthetic resin and f) curing of the synthetic resin to produce a synthetic resin matrix.

摘要: A method of treating porous material, such as cement or concrete. In this method, fatty acid alkyl esters having 16 to 22 carbon atoms are provided. Polystyrene is dissolved in the fatty acid alkyl esters to thereby form a blend composition. The blend composition is then applied to a cementitious material, which effectively seals the cementitious material and protects it. In another embodiment, a cementitious material prepared in accordance with the method just described is disclosed.

The colored glaze product is resistant to sunlight, aging, chemicals, scratching and high temperature, has high strength, and is fire-proof.
