摘要: The present invention relates to a coated granular substance, wherein the coating comprises a resin comprising the reaction product of a polyol component and an isocyanate component and cured by the addition of a catalyst, said catalyst comprising a hydroxy group-containing amine compound.Further, the present invention relates to a process for coating a granular substance, comprising the steps of (a) providing a granular substance; (b) providing a polyol component and an isocyanate component; (c) optionally mixing the polyol component with the isocyanate component; (d) adding the mixture of step (c) or the polyol component and the isocyanate component as individual substances to the provided granular substance and producing a coating on the granular substance; (e) adding a catalyst to cure the coating; (f) optionally repeating steps (d) and (e), wherein the catalyst comprises a hydroxy group-containing amine compound.

The fibrous solid substrate in pellet form is obtained from spent biomass material following an anaerobic fermentation and biogas production. 摘要: Industrial demand for hexafluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6) is often lower than the amount produced from fluoride recycling processes. One alternative for using this surplus is manufacturing a soil conditioner by neutralizing the hexafluorosilicic acid with calcium oxide (CaO) inside an open, Kullman type reactor. The reaction ensures alkalinity to the soil conditioner having a pH of about 10, moisture less than about 40%, phosphorus (P2O5) at about 2.5%, calcium at about 22%, about 0.5% magnesium, about 10% silicon (about 30% to 40% water-soluble), about 18% fluoride, neutralization power of about 5% to 15%, and total neutralization power of about 5% to 12%. The resulting product, called AgroSiCa, is easily manageable with very high contents of Ca and Si (total and soluble), and also contains Mg, P, Fe, Zn, and F. When applied to soil, it contributes to the supply of nutrients, provides a better root growth and improves the plants development.

摘要: A composition based on three strains of microorganisms to promote plant growth and serve as a plant protection product to protect plants from damaging influences including plant disease, pests or insects. The composition is comprised of isolated strains of Paenibacillus polymyxa M10, Azospirillum canadense B2, and Bacillus pumilus L13. A mineral mix is used to maintain the microorganism viable for a long time, maintaining high efficacy as a biopesticide and biofertilizer. The mineral mix combined with the fermented microorganisms is then further combined with a nutritional additive to enhance the biofertilizing and biopesticidal features of the composition. The resulting composition can be applied to plants in liquid form or to the soil in solid form.
