    摘要: A pattern forming material is configured to use for forming an organic film on a film to be processed, patterning the organic film, and then forming a composite film by infiltrating a metallic compound into the patterned organic film. The pattern forming material contains a polymer including a monomer unit represented by a general formula (1) described below, wherein, R5 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, each R6 independently is an ethyl group, an n-propyl group, an isopropyl group, an n-butyl group, an isobutyl group, or an s-butyl group, and a monomer unit derived from a compound represented by a general formula (2) described below, wherein, R11 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, each R12 independently is a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group, an isopropyl group, an n-butyl group, an isobutyl group, an s-butyl group, or a t-butyl group.

    摘要: Provided is a flame-resistant airbag having a low rate of combustion. The flame-resistant airbag is obtained by forming, on a cloth substrate, a cured film of a composition containing: (A) 100 parts by mass of a liquid organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom; (B) 5 to 100 parts by mass of a three-dimensional network-structured organopolysiloxane resin in which 0.05 to 0.15 mol/100 g alkenyl groups are bonded only to D units, the ratio of M units to T and/or Q units is 0.65 to 1.40, and hydroxyl group content is 0.040 mol/100 g or less; (C) 0.1 to 50 parts by mass micropulverized silica having a specific surface area of at least 50 m2/g; (D) an organohydrogen polysiloxane comprising a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom, in an amount such that the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in component (D) is 1 to 10 per total 1 alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom in components (A) and (B); (E) an effective amount of a platinum group metal catalyst; and (F) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of an organic silicon compound. The composition is applied in an amount of 5 to 150 g/m2.

    摘要: A nerve cuff electrode device comprising a cuff body having a smart memory polymer layer with a rigid configuration at room temperature and a softened configuration at about 37° C. The smart memory polymer layer has a trained curved region with a radius of curvature of about 3000 microns or less. A plurality of thin film electrodes located on the smart memory polymer layer. The thin film electrodes include discrete titanium nitride electrode sites that are located in the trained curved region. An exposed surface of each of the discrete titanium nitride electrode sites has a charge injection capacity of about 0.1 mC/cm2 or greater. Methods or manufacturing and using the device are also disclosed.

    摘要: Provided is a curative part usable in a two-part curable composition. The curative part includes a liquid amine; a heterogeneous dispersant; and core-shell rubber particles having an elastomeric core and a (meth)acrylic shell. The core-shell rubber particles and the heterogeneous dispersant can be collectively shear-dispersed in the liquid amine such that the core-shell rubber particles are substantially non-aggregated and the curative part is phase-stable over a period of at least 3 months at ambient temperature. Advantageously, large amounts of core-shell rubber particles can thus be incorporated into a cured resin matrix, which can afford significantly enhanced impact performance.

    摘要: A photocurable composition includes a photopolymerizable component and a photopolymerization initiator. In a case in which a rectangular sheet-like test piece is produced by photomodeling under conditions in which the photocurable composition is irradiated with visible light having a wavelength of 405 nm at an irradiation dose of 12 mJ/cm2 to form a cured layer with a thickness of 50 µm, the cured layer is stacked in a thickness direction thereof to form a rectangular sheet-like modeling product with a length of 40 mm, a width of 10 mm, and a thickness of 1 mm, and the modeling product is irradiated with ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 365 nm at an irradiation dose of 10 J/cm2 to produce the test piece, the test piece has an X-ray absorption coefficient of from 9.0 cm-1 to 34.0 cm-1.

    摘要: This cellulose acetate has a total degree of acetyl substitution of 1.75 or more and 2.55 or less, and a degree of acetyl substitution at 2-position or a degree of acetyl substitution at 3-position is 0.7 or less. This cellulose acetate composition includes the cellulose acetate and an additive. The additive is one or more selected from the group consisting of (a) substances of which a pH of a 1 wt. % aqueous solution at 20° C. is 8 or more, (b) substances that dissolve in water at 20° C. in an amount of 2 wt. % or more, and (c) substances that exhibit biodegradability in seawater.
