    摘要: A fluororubber composition including a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber; a cross-linking accelerator comprising a quaternary ammonium salt; and a polyol crosslinking agent; wherein the weight ratio X (quaternary ammonium salt/polyol crosslinking agent) between the cross-linking accelerator and the polyol crosslinking agent is in a range of 0.40 to 0.60; and a production method of a cross-linked fluororubber product, comprising the steps of: previously polyol-crosslinking, as required, the fluororubber composition; and subsequently heat treating the polyol-crosslinked composition, in a temperature range of 200° C. to 300° C. for 0.1 to 48 hours. The fluororubber composition has surface has a lower friction coefficient, and the surface roughness of the cross-linked fluororubber product can be increased without applying a treatment to a mold.

    摘要: A cell dispersion method, a cell dispersing agent and a cell measurement method, each of which can disperse a cell mass while reducing damage to a cell are provided. Upon dispersing a cell mass, a fluororesin particle is used. A cell mass composed of an aggregated of multiple cells is mixed with a fluororesin particle in a liquid medium, thereby separating the cell mass into individual cells to disperse the cells. In addition, the dispersed cells are measured by flow cytometry, thereby carrying out cell measurement.

    摘要: A monomer comprising vinylidene fluoride as a principal component is suspension-polymerized by supplying the monomer in division to a polymerization system containing a polymerization initiator at a pressure below a critical pressure Pcr (=4.38 MPa) of vinylidene fluoride and at a pressure above Pcr. As a result, a vinylidene fluoride polymer having excellent high-temperature coloring resistance and with remarkably less elution of organic matter and ionic components is produced, without using a specific halogenated hydrocarbon and without incurring troublesome labor and cost for recovery thereof.

    摘要: The invention provides a TFE polymer capable of providing stretched materials excellent in membrane homogeneity. The present invention is related to a tetrafluoroethylene polymer having stretchability and non-melt-processability and having a standard specific gravity of 2.140 to 2.165, wherein, with regard to the heat-of-fusion curve obtained by subjecting the tetrafluoroethylene polymer in the form of an unbaked polymer to be measured having no history of being heated to a temperature of 300° C. or higher to differential scanning calorimetry at a programming rate of 2° C./minute, the ratio S2/S1 is not lower than 0.90.
