The sub drive unit includes a sub drive rotary electric machine. The control unit includes a driving force distribution ratio setting unit configured to set a driving force distribution ratio between the main driving force and the sub driving force and is configured to control the outputs of the main drive unit and the sub drive unit so that the main driving force and the sub driving force have the driving force distribution ratio set by the driving force distribution ratio setting unit. The driving force distribution ratio setting unit is configured to set the driving force distribution ratio to minimize electric power loss of the vehicle based on a vehicle speed of the vehicle and a required driving force of the vehicle.

    摘要: An electric motor rotor for a hybrid module includes a rotor carrier, a piston carrier, and a tapered snap ring. The rotor carrier includes a first inner circumferential surface with an inner spline for receiving a first plurality of clutch plates, a second inner circumferential surface, radially outside of the first inner circumferential surface, a radial wall connecting the first inner circumferential surface to the second inner circumferential surface, and a groove with a conical wall. The piston carrier includes a radial outer ring installed between the groove and the radial wall. The tapered snap is ring installed in the groove and urges the piston carrier into contact with the radial wall.

The torque converter is rotatably coupled to the electric machine and adapted to be rotatably coupled to the transmission. The mechanical clutch is adapted to be rotatably coupled to the output shaft and the torque converter. The mechanical clutch is adapted to selectively rotatably couple the output shaft to the torque converter and is adapted to selectively rotatably decouple the output shaft from the torque converter.
