摘要: A composition for solar cell electrodes includes silver powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit includes a first glass frit and a second glass frit. The first glass frit includes tellurium (Te) and silver (Ag) in a molar ratio (Te:Ag) of about 75:1 to about 1:25. The second glass frit includes a lead-tellurium-oxide (Pb—Te—O)-based glass frit or a bismuth-tellurium-oxide (Bi—Te—O)-based glass frit and is free from silver (Ag).

摘要: An Ag2O—V2O5—TeO2 lead-free low-melting glass composition that is prevented or restrained from crystallization by heating so as to soften and flow more satisfactorily at a low temperature contains a principal component which includes a vanadium oxide, a tellurium oxide and a silver oxide; a secondary component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of BaO, WO3 and P2O5; and an additional component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of oxides of elements in Group 13 of periodic table. A total component of the principal component is 85 mole percent or more in terms of V2O5, TeO2 and Ag2O. Contents of TeO2 and Ag2O each is 1 to 2 times as much as a content of V2O5. A content of the secondary component is 0 to 13 mole percent. A content of the additional component is 0.1 to 3.0 mole percent.

摘要: A glass lining that has an excellent balance between a hydrophilic property and a hydrophobic property on its surface, that has less adhesion of dirt than a typical GL since having an excellent stain-proof property against both oily stains and aqueous stains, and that can maintain the stain-proof property and the self-cleaning performance for a long time after the glass lining is cleaned, leading to excellent cleaning performance and low dirt-adhesion. The glass lining includes a lining and a conductive inorganic compound contained in the lining. The glass lining is structured to have a plurality of hydrophilic concave portions and net-like hydrophobic convex portions connecting peripheries of the plurality of hydrophilic concave portions.

摘要: A method for strengthening an edge of a glass laminate including a glass core layer positioned between a first glass clad layer and a second glass clad layer may include forming a channel in the edge of the glass laminate. Sidewalls of the channel may be formed from the first glass clad layer and the second glass clad layer. Glass filler material having a filler coefficient of thermal expansion greater than a core coefficient of thermal expansion may be positioned in the channel. The glass filler material and the sidewalls of the channel may be fused to the second glass clad layer thereby forming an edge cap over the channel. The edge of the glass laminate is under compressive stress after the glass filler material is enclosed in the channel.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a composition for solar cell electrodes. The composition includes a conductive powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit is a bismuth oxide-tellurium oxide-zinc oxide-lithium oxide-based glass frit comprising: 5 wt % to 20 wt % of bismuth oxide; 55 wt % to 80 wt % of tellurium oxide; 0.1 wt % to 15 wt % of zinc oxide; and 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of lithium oxide. Solar cell electrodes formed of the composition have low serial resistance (Rs) and high open voltage (Voc), thus providing high conversion efficiency and good adhesive strength with respect to a ribbon.

The powder (D) may thus contain Cu and Mn, Cu and Fe or Cu and Co. The conductive paste has a desirable electromigration resistance, solder heat resistance and adhesiveness to a substrate.
