Abstract: A hydraulic accumulator includes a shell, a bellows, and a self-seal stay disposed at a hydraulic-fluid inlet and including a cylindrical body portion open to a hydraulic chamber and a lid-shaped head portion defining a through hole. The self-seal stay includes a first weakened portion for deforming the body portion when a pressure of the gas chamber is more than a given threshold. The first weakened portion includes a first recessed portion formed in a circumferential direction of the body portion. The first recessed portion includes a bottom surface of a plane surface or a circular arc shaped curved surface which is convex toward outside of the body portion from inside thereof. At least one of both end portions of the bottom surface in the circumferential direction is joined with an outer circumferential surface of the body portion.

Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a stacked iron core, a stacked iron core body is manufactured by stacking so as to be phase-offset with respect to each other in the circumferential direction plural ring-shaped iron core pieces respectively configured by plural circular arc-shaped iron core pieces arranged into ring shapes. Next, each layer of the circular arc-shaped iron core pieces, which are phase-offset with respect to each other in the circumferential direction, is welded together along a stacking direction at plural locations (plural weld portions) arranged around the circumferential direction of an inner circumferential portion or an outer circumferential portion of the stacked iron core body. A pair of key protrusions is formed on inner circumferential portions of the stacked iron core at positions opposing each other, and so key components are rendered unnecessary when assembling a rotor of a vehicle drive motor.

Abstract: A flexure of a disk drive suspension with a magnetic head having first and second elements. The flexure includes a metal base, a conductive circuit along the metal base, and a tail pad in a flexure tail of the flexure. The tail pad includes first and second frames with an opening therebetween; a first pair of tail terminals arranged between and insulated from the first and second frames, connected to the first element; a second pair of tail terminals arranged between and insulated from the first and second frames, connected to the second element; and a third pair of tail terminals arranged between and insulated from the first and second frames, connected to a third element. First, second and third bridge elements of the metal base are arranged between first tail terminals, second tail terminals, and third tail terminals, respectively. A first bridge-free opening portion is between the first and second tail terminals, and a second bridge-free opening portion is between the first and third tail terminals.
