Abstract: A method for producing a cage rotor for an asynchronous machine has the following steps: providing a laminated rotor core made of a plurality of stacked rotor laminations which each have a plurality of rotor lamination grooves distributed in the circumferential direction; placing rod-shaped wire bundles, which are each made up of a plurality of wires, into the rotor lamination grooves; rotating the individual rotor laminations relative to each other, thereby deforming the wire bundles; placing short-circuit rings on both end faces of the laminated rotor core, and connecting the wire bundles to the short-circuit rings.

Abstract: A device may be used to assemble a rotor segment of an electric machine. The rotor segment may include a rotor shaft, a laminated core joined to the rotor shaft, and two pressure elements that clamp the laminated core. A method for assembling the rotor segment may involve positioning the rotor shaft in the device and orienting the rotor shaft using an orienting means of the assembly device, positioning the laminated core and at least one of the first or second pressure elements within a clamping means of the device, orienting the laminated core by means of a positioning module of the clamping means, and moving the rotor shaft relative to the clamping means such that the laminated core is pushed onto the rotor shaft and the at least one of the first or second pressure elements is connected to the rotor shaft.”

Abstract: A rotor of an electric machine includes a rotor core including a rotor central core and at least one intermediate core element. A plurality of permanent magnets are located between the rotor central core and the at least one intermediate core element. Abstract: To provide a permanent magnet type motor having reduced torque ripple, in which torque ripples for electric angle sixth order and twelfth order are both reduced with a small skew angle.Driving is performed such that phases of currents flowing in two sets of three-phase armature windings 26-1 and 26-2 are different from each other by 20 degrees to 40 degrees in electric angle. A rotor 11 is composed of m stages of rotor component units arranged in the axial direction. The m stages of rotor component units are skewed to have a stage-skew structure such that a skew angle θ (unit: degree) between the adjacent units satisfies 26/m≤θ≤43.2/m (m is an integer equal to or greater than 2) in electric angle.
