摘要: The invention relates to a sulfur-crosslinkable rubber mixture, in particular for treads of vehicle tires, and to a vehicle tire. The rubber mixture contains at least the following components: at least one diene rubber and 10 to 200 phr of at least one silicic acid and 2 to 20 phf of at least one silane having general empirical formula I) [(R1)3Si—X]mSn(R2)2-m, wherein the residues R1 within a molecule can be the same or different and are alkoxy groups having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or cyclic dialkoxy groups having 2 to 10 carbon atoms or cycloalkoxy groups having 4 to 10 carbon atoms or phenoxy groups or aryl groups having 6 to 20 carbon atoms or alkyl groups having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or alkenyl groups having 2 to 20 carbon atoms or aralkyl groups having 7 to 20 carbon atoms or halides and wherein X is a polar organic group containing urea and wherein m assumes the value 1 or 2 and wherein n is an integer from 1 to 8 and wherein R2 is a hydrogen atom or an acyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms.

The problem addressed by the invention is the creation of a pneumatic vehicle tire that has advantageous snow driving behavior and, at the same time, improved properties on a dry roadway. In addition, the tire should be simple to produce. This problem is solved in that the second rubber mixture has a Shore A hardness that is greater than the Shore A hardness of the first rubber mixture by at least 2 Shore A, preferably by 4 Shore A to 12 Shore A, and in that the first and the second rubber mixtures have approximately the same stress value. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a pneumatic vehicle tire.

摘要: A vehicle tire has outer shoulders and two tread halves. The tire includes a tread having six block rows and a plurality of circumferential grooves. Mutually adjacent ones of the block rows are separated from each other by a corresponding one of the plurality of circumferential grooves. Each of the block rows has individual blocks separated from each other by mutually parallel essentially straight transverse grooves running at an angle to the axial direction of the tire. The circumferential grooves include first circumferential grooves having a maximum profile depth and second circumferential grooves having a second profile depth less than the maximum profile depth. The transverse grooves have a depth approximately corresponding to a maximum profile depth at first outlet locations. The transverse grooves have a depth corresponding to the second profile depth at second outlet locations.

摘要: A pneumatic commercial vehicle tire of radial design includes at least a three-ply belt, of which two belt plies are working plies and one radially outermost belt ply is a cover ply. Each of these belt plies includes reinforcements which are made of steel cord and which are embedded in elastomer. The steel cords of each of the three belt plies are coated with brass so as to provide for good elastomer adhesion. The brass coating of the reinforcement supports of the two working plies has a copper proportion of 60 wt. % to 65 wt. % and the brass coating of the reinforcement supports of the cover ply has a copper proportion of 66 wt. % to 70 wt. %.
