摘要： A milk sampling device is provided with a removable cassette in which milk sample collecting elements can be placed, and at least one filling member capable of being placed successively above various collecting elements. Said filling member is capable of introducing milk samples, taken from milk from an automatic milking machine, into the collecting elements. There is provided a guide supporting at least one filling member, which guide is designed so that the filling member is moved, by increasing the distance between the guide and the cassette and by subsequently decreasing said distance, from a position above a collecting element to an adjacent position above an adjacent collecting element. In particular, the milk sampling device is appropriate for an apparatus that automatically connects teat cups to the teats of an animal, automatically milks the animal and thereafter automatically disconnects the teat cups from the animal's teats.

摘要： An apparatus for automatically milking animals comprising a milking machine provided with teat cups. Each teat cup has three lines connected thereto which include a line causing the teat cup to pulsate, a line for carrying milk from the teat cup, and an air suction line extending into an enlarged lower space above the connection of the milk line. In the air suction line, a sensor can be incorporated for the purpose of ascertaining the pressure in the space wherein the animal's teat is received. The three lines received by the teat cup may be defined by side-by-side passages through a common flexible integral line. The enlarged lower part which contains the space receiving the air suction line has a greater diameter than the upper part in which the teat of the animal is received, and the upper and lower parts are removably interconnected to each other.

摘要： A milking apparatus comprising a circulation line in a milk circuit which includes a bulk milk tank, and a pump for circulating milk around the circuit including through the tank and through the circulation line. There are one or more milking compartments for automatically milking animals, such as cows, which are connected to the circulation line by supply lines. A milk filter can be incorporated in a circulation line or in a supply line or both. In one embodiment the milk filter is automatically renewable. It comprises a band of filtration material wound on two bobbins wherein the filter band intercepts the milk line at a bias cut between two clamping plates, one of which can be pivoted whereby the filter band is advanced automatically on a bobbin. Other filtration units are disclosed which may be manually replaced, one of which is contained in the bulk milk tank. Each milking compartment can be isolated whereby the milk lines, a deaeration container, an implement for cleaning animal's teats and udders, and the interiors and exteriors of the teat cups can be cleansed and rinsed with various combinations of hot and cold water, acid and alkaline liquids, and a disinfectant fluid.

摘要： In a method of automatically milking animals, such as cows, use is made of teat cups, each of which is provided with a liner made of a flexible material, by means of which the teat space of a teat cup is separated from the pulsation space. During milking, a pulsating vacuum stimulating the milk yield is created in the pulsation space. When a teat cup is being connected to a teat, the pulsation space is kept at an approximately atmospheric pressure, while air is extracted from the teat space. Conversely, when a teat cup is being disconnected, in the pulsation space a vacuum is maintained and in the teat space the vacuum is neutralized.
