    摘要: A multi-band flat antenna has multiple compressed dielectric substrates on which printed circuits are formed and interconnected to constitute first, second and third radiation units to supply three frequency bands. The first radiation unit is created by multiple circuits of different shapes that are interconnected to form a three-dimensional configuration. The second radiation unit is created by an L-shaped circuit and electrically connects to the first radiation unit at a common feeding node. The third radiation unit is formed by a crooked conductive wire. With the foregoing configuration, the size is minimized as far as possible. By properly adjusting the circuit length of the first/third radiation units as well as the second radiation unit, it is easy to acquire a desired resonance frequency value and ratio.

The photo interrupter has a housing, a cavity in the housing, a light emitter on one side of the housing and a light detector on the other side of the housing. The gravity wheel points in a direction of gravity and has a pivot at center thereof and pivotally arranged on the housing, a plumb at one edge of the gravity wheel and a plurality of through holes annularly arranged in the gravity wheel. The gravity wheel has a portion present in the cavity. An inclined angle of a test object is determined by calculating relative movement between the photo interrupter and the gravity wheel.

    摘要: A method of forming a tungsten film, capable of restricting voids and volcanoes as large as adversely affecting characteristics despite the small diameter of a buried hole, and providing good burying characteristics. When forming a tungsten film on the surface of an object of treating (W) in a vacuumizing-enabled treating vessel (22), a reduction gas supplying process 70 and a tungsten gas supplying process 72 for supplying a tungsten-containing gas are alternately repeated with a purge process 74, for supplying an inert gas while vacuumizing, intervened therebetween to thereby form an initial tungsten film 76. Therefore, an initial tungsten film can be formed as a nucleation layer high in film thickness uniformity; and, accordingly, when main tungsten films are subsequently deposited, it is possible to restrict voids and volcanoes as large as adversely affecting characteristics despite the small diameter of a buried hole, and provide good burying characteristics.

    摘要: A method for preparing a precursor used to label hepatocyte receptors is revealed. The precursor contains a bifunctional structure including trisaccharide and DTPA ligand. During synthesis processes of the precursor, silica gel columns and Reverse phase-18 (RP-18) columns are used for purification. Thus both the purification times and cost of each purification are reduced. Moreover, use diethyl ether to facilitate precipitation of products and remove a part of coupling reagent. Removing the coupling reagent helps purification of products. Furthermore, Nα,Nα-bis(carboxymethyl)-L-lysine hydrate and benzyl chloroformate are coupled to form a trisaccharide skeleton so as to ensure the yield rate of trisaccharide structure.

    摘要: A copy protection method includes the steps of providing an optical storage device having a substrate layer and a data structure layer coated on the substrate layer and containing a set of raw data codes; forming on the data structure layer at least one polarizing layer capable of causing a change in a light beam; and forming on the polarizing layer a scratch protection layer. The polarizing layer is located between the data structure layer and an optical reading device to influence a light beam irradiated thereon by the optical reading device, so that the set of raw data codes being optically accessed is conditionally converted into a different set of physical data codes. By providing the polarizing layer on the optical storage device to change the data codes that can be obtained by the optical reading device, it is able to stop illegal copying of the optical storage device.
