    摘要: A device transfer method and a display apparatus are provided. A device transfer method and a display apparatus are provided by or in which, in transferring devices arranged on a substrate onto another substrate, it is possible to easily strip the substrate after the transfer of the devices, to lower the possibility of damaging of the substrate, and to additionally transfer devices onto the same substrate after the transfer of the devices. A plurality of devices arranged on a temporary holding substrate are embedded into and held in a pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed on a transfer substrate, and the devices are stripped from the temporary holding substrate. Other devices are further additionally embedded into the pressure sensitive adhesive layer before hardening the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, whereby the devices can be arranged on a transfer substrate having a large area. Besides, where the devices additionally embedded into the pressure sensitive adhesive layer are different in characteristics from the devices embedded in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer in advance, it is possible to easily obtain a display apparatus for multicolor display, a display apparatus having a driving circuit, and the like.

The operation panel includes a panel base portion having the operation buttons provided on the outer surface thereof, a first sheet written with the function names of the operable buttons in the form of character information dependent on a specific language, and a second sheet written with the functions of the operation buttons in the form of specified visual information not dependent on the specific language. The first and second sheets are mounted on the outer surface of the panel base portion in such a manner that the second sheet is placed on the first sheet and the first sheet is exchangeable. The second sheet is formed with windows for enabling the character information related to the function names written on the first sheet to be seen.

    摘要: An element arrangement board and method are provided. Where the element size is comparatively small with respect to the distance in element arrangement and the density of arranged elements is low, the elements can also be arranged with certainty and efficiently in a short period of time. The element arrangement board has an arrangement face on which fitting holes for receiving elements are formed and tapered faces are formed around the fitting holes and inclined downwardly toward the fitting holes. Elements to be arranged are mixed in fluid. The fluid is supplied to the arrangement face of the element arrangement board. The elements are acted upon by force toward the fitting holes on the tapered faces so that they are fitted in a self-aligned fashion into the fitting holes and arranged on the element arrangement board.

    摘要: A recovery type flux feeding assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a virgin flux hopper and a waste flux hopper with a flux feed conduit connected to the bottom of the waste flux hopper. The hoppers are separated by a drop stop which selectively permits flux from the virgin flux hopper to enter the waste flux hopper so that the flux exiting through the flux feed is a mixture of the two. A flux return assembly consists of a flux recovery port positioned adjacent the waste flux from the weld, a cyclone attached to the top of the waste flux hopper and a conduit connecting the two. An air injector injects air into a midpoint of the conduit between the flux recovery port and the cyclone so that the cyclone is kept at a positive pressure and the waste flux therein is not sucked out. Conduits are included between the tops of the hoppers for equalizing the pressures therebetween. In one embodiment, the virgin flux hopper surrounds and is entirely above the waste flux hopper while in another embodiment the two are adjacent and on substantially the same level.
