    Abstract: A display substrate and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes a first conductive structure including a first surface and a third surface that are opposite and a second surface and a fourth surface that are opposite. The first surface and the second surface respectively have different angles with a plate surface of the base substrate. The first surface and the second surface are respectively provided with a first surface microstructure and a second surface microstructure; the first cross section has a first orthogonal projection on the third surface, and a length of the first orthogonal projection is less than a length of the first surface microstructure in the first cross section; the second cross section has a second orthogonal projection on the fourth surface, and a length of the second orthogonal projection is less than a length of the second surface microstructure in the second cross section.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixel units, a functional signal line, and a first conductive structure. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area on at least one side of the display area, the plurality of pixel units are in the display area, each pixel unit includes a light-emitting unit and a pixel circuit structure for providing a driving current to the light-emitting unit, and the light-emitting unit is an electroluminescent element. The functional signal line is connected with the pixel circuit structure of each pixel unit and provides a common voltage signal for the pixel circuit structure. The first conductive structure is connected in parallel with the functional signal line and is located at a layer different from that of the functional signal line.

    Abstract: A display substrate has an active area which includes a photosensitive region with a light-transmitting channel. The display substrate includes a base, a pixel circuit layer, a first insulating layer and a conductive light-shielding layer. The pixel circuit layer includes pixel circuits and at least one pixel circuit includes a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor. The first insulating layer has a first via hole. The conductive light-shielding layer includes a conductive light-shielding pattern that has a first light-transmitting hole. Orthogonal projections of the first light-transmitting hole and of a gap region between the first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor have a first overlapping region, which the light-transmitting channel penetrates. The conductive light-shielding pattern is coupled with a source electrode or a drain electrode of the first thin film transistor through the first via hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a thin film transistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The thin film transistor includes a substrate, a first semiconductor layer, a gate dielectric layer, and a gate electrode sequentially stacked on the substrate, the first semiconductor layer has a first portion located in a channel region of the thin film transistor and a second portion in source/drain regions of the thin film transistor and located on both sides of the first portion, the second portion and first sub-portions of the first portion adjacent to the second portion include an amorphous semiconductor material, a second sub-portion of the first portion between the first sub-portions includes a polycrystalline semiconductor material, and a second semiconductor layer located in the source/drain regions and in contact with the second portion, wherein a conductivity of the second semiconductor layer is higher than a conductivity of the amorphous semiconductor material.
