    摘要： A method for the recombinant production and purification of a protein kinase selected from the group consisting of tyrosine protein kinases and serine/threonine kinases by expressing a nucleic acid encoding said kinase in a microbial host cell, forming inclusion bodies containing said kinase, isolating, solubilizing, naturing, and purifying said kinase wherein said purification is performed by hydrophobic interaction with an hydrophobic adsorbent under conditions whereby at least 70% of said protein kinase are not bound to said adsorbent and the protein kinase not bound to said adsorbent is recovered.

    摘要： The invention concerns a method for the determination of a partner in an immunological reaction based on an immunoassay in which one of the reaction partners is present in a solid phase, wherein a polyethylene oxidepolypropylene oxide block copolymer having the formula I ##STR1## is used as the surface-active agent in which a can have a value between 40 and 150 and b a value between 10 and 50, which is characterized in that a hydrophilic block copolymer composition having the formula I is used which in a 1 % aqueous solution (weight/volume) has a surface tension of at least 45 mN/m and in which the average molar ratio of ethylene oxide groups to propylene oxide groups (2a/b) in the composition is at least 5.8. In addition the invention comprises a reagent for carrying out the above method.

    摘要： An apparatus comprises an integrated circuit (IC) comprising an external IC connection, an IC substrate connection, a voltage clamp circuit and an under voltage circuit. The voltage of the IC substrate connection is set to a first voltage when a voltage of the external connection of the IC is within a normal operating voltage range. The voltage clamp circuit is configured to clamp the voltage supply of one or more circuits internal to the IC to within a normal operating voltage range when the voltage of the external IC connection exceeds the normal operating voltage range. The under voltage circuit is communicatively coupled to the clamp circuit and configured to set the voltage of the substrate to a second voltage when the voltage at the external IC connection of the IC is less than zero volts.
