    摘要: In a first step, basic components including (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane gum, (B) 5-100 parts by weight of a reinforcing silica filler, and (C) 0.1-30 parts by weight of a processing aid are fed batchwise to a closed mixer for mixing them at a temperature of room temperature to 150.degree. C. In a second step, the mixture is fed into a kneader/mixer for heat treating at a temperature of 150-250.degree. C. The first step achieves quick dispersion and cooperates with the second step to form a heat-curable silicone rubber compound in an efficient manner.

    摘要: The silicone rubber composition of the present invention comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane obtained by mixing and heating an organopolysiloxane having a silanol group at both ends of the molecular chain and a silane or a siloxane having two hydrolyzable groups in the molecule, (B) a finely divided silica, and (C) a curing agent. The composition, wherein the content of low-molecule siloxanes is remarkably constrained, is quite useful in the application wherein low-molecular siloxanes are obnoxious, for example, in the application of electrical contacts and parts used adjacent thereto, roll materials of copying machines, gaskets for construction, etc.

    摘要: To a silicone rubber composition including (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having an aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two SiH groups in a molecule, and (C) a platinum catalyst, is added (D) an organic silicon compound of the following general formula (2): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.2, R.sup.5, and R.sup.6 are independently selected from monovalent hydrocarbon groups free of an aliphatic unsaturated bond, R.sup.3 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R.sup.4 is hydrogen or methyl, and n is an integer of 0 to 3. The composition has a long pot life after addition of curing components (B) and (C) and is extrusion moldable into bubble-free transparent parts. The composition is prepared by mixing component (A) with components (B) and (C) while adding component (D) thereto.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of organosilanes having silanol groups which is characterized by mixing organoalkoxy silanes, having at most a 20 ppm content of chlorine, expressed by the general chemical formula (1) below:Si(R.sup.1).sub.m (R.sup.2).sub.n (OR.sup.3).sub.k (1)wherein each of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is either a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; R.sup.3 is an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; subscripts m and n are 0, 1, 2, or 3; k is either 1 or 2; and the sum of subscripts m+n+k=4, with ion-exchanged water having an electroconductivity of at least 10.sup.10 M.OMEGA., then further adding a macro-porous cation-exchange resin with a pore volume measured by the mercury injection method of at least 0.1 ml/g to the said mixture, followed by stirring of the mixture and removal of the cation-exchange resin. According to the present invention, organosilanes having silanol groups which are useful as a dispersing agent in silicone rubbers may be obtained by a simple process from organoalkoxy silanes, such as relatively inexpensive dimethoxy dimethyl silane.

    摘要: An expandable conductive-silicone rubber composition includes (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups, (B) conductive carbon black, (C) an organic peroxide of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each are a monovalent C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 hydrocarbon group or a group of --SiR.sup.4.sub.3 wherein R.sup.4 is methyl, ethyl or phenyl, X is --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --, --CH.sub.2 --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- or --(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.m --C.sub.2 H.sub.4 -- wherein n=2 to 8 and m=1 to 4, (D) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (E) a platinum catalyst, and (F) a blowing agent. It is fully stable during shelf storage, has a long pot life, and is rapidly expandable and curable through hot air vulcanization into conductive silicone rubber foam having high conductivity and improved fatigue endurance of sponge cells when the foam is used as a sponge roll.
