According to the present invention, a current collector which is structured by forming a resin layer possessing conductivity on at least one side of a conductive substrate is provided. The resin layer contains a chitosan-based resin and a conductive material, and the water contact angle of the surface of the resin layer measured by θ/2 method in a thermostatic chamber at 23° C. is 5 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less. In addition, an electrode structure, a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, and an electrical storage device which use the current collector are provided.

A resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet material for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor case has a superior formability even when being formed into an aluminum electrolytic capacitor case having a large height/diameter ratio, using a volatile press oil.A resin layer contains wax composed of at least one of polyethylene wax and carnauba wax, and has a thickness falling within a range from at least 2 μm to at most 22 μm. A total of lengths of wax particles, defined when the wax particles are cut along a straight line of 100 μm optionally drawn on the surface of the resin layer, is at least 10 μm. A number of the wax particles, featured by a cross-sectional shape having a size of at most 80% of the thickness of the resin layer and of at least 0.1 μm, is from at least 3 to at most 50. A number of the wax particles, featured by a cross-sectional shape featured by a major axis extent having a size of more than 80% of the thickness of the resin layer is less than 10. Although the resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet material is formed into an aluminum electrolytic capacitor case having a large height/diameter ratio, cracks and peelings do not occur in the resin layer.

There is disclosed a resin-coated metal sheet for a part of electronic machinery and tools, which is a metal sheet coated with a resin on the surface, wherein a resin layer is composed of one or more resin selected from polyester-series, epoxy-series, phenol-series and alkyd-series resins, the resin layer has a 0.1 to 10 μm thickness, and the resin layer contains 2 to 60 parts by weight of nickel with 0.1 to 100 μm of an average value in terms of maximum longer diameters, to 100 parts by weight of the resin. The resin-coated aluminum sheet is excellent in anti-fingerprint property and formability, as well as excellent in electric characteristics.
