摘要: A fluid container unit including: a container coupling for coupling a supply/discharge port of a first container with a supply/discharge port of a second container; a single nozzle member having a nozzle tube; a connection cap having a first end for holding a base portion of the nozzle member and a second end for covering one side of the container coupling by fitting around an outer periphery thereof; an intermediate adaptor having a pair of pusher elements facing the first and the second supply/discharge ports, respectively; and a supply/discharge port opening mechanism for moving the intermediate adaptor toward the container coupling and opening the supply/discharge ports by the pusher elements. The pusher elements are movably held in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the nozzle tube in the connection cap.

摘要: A plug-in unit-mounting structure which makes it possible to efficiently accommodate plug-in units without being dependent on the structure of a shelf. The plug-in unit-mounting structure comprises a shelf that has connectors disposed on a back wiring board, for being fitted to the plug-in units, and at least one mounting frame that is mounted in the shelf, for each accommodating an associated one of the plug-in units, and enabling the plug-in unit to be inserted in and removed from an associated one of the connectors, the mounting frame being provided with a guide rail which enables a position of disposition of the plug-in unit to be changed according to a size of the plug-in unit. This makes it possible to efficiently accommodate plug-in units without being dependent on the structure of a shelf.

Thereby, in configuring a fluid container unit by integrally-assembling two containers for respectively accumulating different kinds of fluids in a parallel arrangement, the workability in fixing the fluid container unit to an injection site of a fluid usage equipment is improved, and the injection site can be configured to be more compact.

摘要: A mold with which a molded product in a desired shape with an aspherical curved surface is molded can be designed with high precision by correcting shape deformation of the molded product molded from the mold.A mold 10 in which use surfaces 16 of an upper mold 11 and a lower mold 12 are formed to be design curved surfaces of the optical lens in a spherical shape is prepared. A curved surface shape of the optical lens molded from the mold is measured, a measured value is approximated by an equation (1) which is an equation of an aspherical surface and a curved surface of the molded optical lens is specified as an aspherical surface. Information corresponding to an error between the curved surface of the optical lens specified by the equation of the aspherical surface and the above-described design curved surface is compiled into database for each of characteristics of the optical lens as correction information for molding the optical lens of which curved surface is in the spherical shape. By using the correction information compiled into database, design values of the use surfaces in the upper mold and the lower mold of the mold with which the optical lens of which curved surface in the aspherical shape is molded are corrected to design them.
